IKM’s fabrication shop for prefabricated building, lightweight steel structure located in Tangerang and Cikarang industrial district, with rapid expansion, so far IKM projects cover temporary facility for mutil large-scale infrastructure, industrial and urban development projects of any kind, such as Indonesia’s largest power plant - Java 7 Power Plant - 2×1050 MW ( Cilegon), PLTU Power Plant 2×150MW (Belawan). Construction Manager

Responsibilities :
Especially Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects from technical wise.
- Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.
- Proficient in project skill training for the project team
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management, excellent communication and proficient in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the steel structure and civil installation
- Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop
- Minimum managed one project design of steel structure and civil
- Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Must be able to speak English and Korea actively, passive is NOT accepted. Mandarin is an advantage

Construction SPV
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects technical wise.
- Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.
- Proficient in project skill training for the project team
- Assist the project manager in charge of progress, safety, civilized construction, external environment, and relationship with the people around the project
- Solve non-technical problems on the project site. Include scene personnel and subcontractor personnel contradictory coordination, work interface, and contract inconsistent contradiction, the scene appeared local people hinder construction of contradiction coordination, sub-contractor contradiction coordination. Ensure the project is carried out according to the plan without delay.
- Coordinate the field with other subcontractors to ensure that they can lease or borrow materials or machinery from other subcontractors.
- Coordinate with customer/client, assist the construction manager to deal with unexpected events during project execution, and ensure no customer/client complaints.
- Assist the project manager in meeting various meetings with clients and meeting the requirements of the meeting.
- In charge of on-site subcontracting and other management. It includes subcontract work change, organization engineer, quality department acceptance together, subcontract payment signing, subcontract application, compensation coordination.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management, excellent communication and proficiency in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects

Commercial Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for managing the whole Commercial and QS Section including Quantity Surveyors, Cost Controls and Estimators.
• Analyze and comment upon all commercial tender documents prior to submission of tender, including advice and proposals of the mitigation or avoidance of commercial risk.
• Assessing risk for all projects related contractual matters with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers including tendering and resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Assist in the management of contractual and commercial disputes where applicable, instruct legal counsel, and liaise with insurance representatives; as required, generally assist in the resolution of commercial/contractual issues with other parties.
• Overseeing the finances of projects as it progresses, including progress claims to clients and payment to sub-contractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Commercial & Contract roles in managerial level, preferably with experience in construction company.
• Have skill for project VO, FIDIC, project claim matters.
• Excellent negotiation and people management skill.
• Knowledgeable with construction contract and the legal framework.
• Able to speak English actively and advance in English business lettering.
• Based in Cipondoh, Tangerang but ready to be placed in the project, all over Indonesia.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, systematic, and good time management
- Can speak English actively (Mandarin is an advantage)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, systematic, and good time management
- Can speak English actively (Mandarin is an advantage)
