IKM’s fabrication shop for prefabricated building, lightweight steel structure located in Tangerang and Cikarang industrial district, with rapid expansion, so far IKM projects cover temporary facility for mutil large-scale infrastructure, industrial and urban development projects of any kind, such as Indonesia’s largest power plant - Java 7 Power Plant - 2×1050 MW ( Cilegon), PLTU Power Plant 2×150MW (Belawan). Oil and Gas : Block-A Gas Development Project; Cement Plant : Cement BatuRaja Plant II, Bogor Heidelberg Cement Plant, CHNH Cement Plant (Papua); Palm Oil: Sinamas Palm Oil plant ( Dumai); Mining Plant (Sulawesi); Indonesia’s tallest Twin Tower “Indonesia 1” ( Thamrin Jakarta ) etc.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university

• 2-5 years of finance/accounting experience required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, and accounting and financial software

• Ability in English, written and verbal.

• Willing to be placed in Cipondoh, Tangerang.

Finance Supervisor:

• Collect the payment request plan from each department

• Review the document that received from Accounting for payment

• Approve in Ding Talk

• Make and arrange the payment plan list 1 day before the payment date

• Make draft of cash flow plan

• Review all Finance staff job

• Collect project receivable information

• Prepare the fund plan for the next month on the 28th of each month

• Confirm the funding plan for the next week every Friday

• Coordinate project funding to ensure the smooth progress of the project

Construction Manager

Responsibilities :

Especially Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects from technical wise.

- Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

- Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

- Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.

- Proficient in project skill training for the project team

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)

- Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management, excellent communication and proficient in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the steel structure and civil installation

- Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop

- Minimum managed one project design of steel structure and civil

- Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.

- Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

- Must be able to speak English and Korea actively, passive is NOT accepted. Mandarin is an advantage

Project Manager

 Qualifications:

Finance & Accounting Staff

Responsibilities

• Input daily Journal into Accounting system (Accurate)

• Verify all document from the applicant

• Prepare Invoice to customer

• Control full set account into accurate (bank reconciliation, advance payment, advance receipt, etc)

• Administer daily finance transactions accurately

• Update all journal entries daily by system and document carefully

• Update general ledger on regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness

• Assist Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

• Have experience minimum of 1 year, in a construction company (would be an advantage

Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions:

• 1st leader in Finance Dept and Oversee Company’s accounts, financial matters, and investments

• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports

• Supervise and manage finance department staff.

• Oversee project commercial matters, including financial projection and reviews for new and renewal

• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting/ financial reporting systems and ensure compliance with government regulations

• Ensure that all financial transactions are reviewed, properly recorded, filed, and reported

• Work with external parties such as banks, tax offices, etc on grant applications.

• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

• Develop budgets and financial plans for the Company based on research, forecasts, and historical data reports

• Prepare annual audit and tax work for Company.

• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

• Examine all financial reports and data closely for both Indonesia and work with overseas entities to check for discrepancies

• Assist the CFO in preparing and presenting reports to management, stakeholders, and board members

• Any other projects assigned by Company

Requirements:

• Preferably under 45 years old

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Finance/Accountancy

• Able to communicate in English

• Demonstrate high integrity, discipline, and trustworthy

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Finance Manager (preferably in a Construction company) or equivalent experience;

• Experienced managing at least 200 Billion IDR annual transactions.

• Obtain professional qualifications in finance, tax, and accounting.

• Collaborate well with external and internal parties in a professional manner

• Proficient in Accounting software such as ACCURATE, UU, SAP, or equivalent.

• Proper leadership, able to achieve results with the entire team.

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills at all levels

• Analytical, forward-looking, and able to identify opportunities to improve and protect Company’s financial interests

Finance Supervisor

Responsibility

• Administer daily finance transactions accurately

• Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner

• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation activities on a periodic basis

• Update general ledger on regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness

• Assist in goals setting and performance improvements for finance staff

• Assist Finance Manager in performing necessary cashflow report and analysis

• Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers

• Develop best practices to enhance operational performance and productivity

Requirements

• Age maximum 30 years old

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university

• 2-5 years of finance/accounting experience required

• Extensive knowledge in payment fields and financial product

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Chinese is plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

STEEL STRUCTURE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Design of civil & steel structure and calculation

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies related to steel structure design

• Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.

• Prepare technical designs and drawings to ensure that followed correctly.

• The ability to think methodically to solve the problem on-site.

• Ability to work under deadline and pressure.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Construction background

• Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Knowledge in the design of civil & steel structure.

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Tekla and other drawing and modeling software, at least one kind of structural calculation software, including but not limited to PKPM, 3D3S, YJK, SAP2000, etc.;

• Understand the interaction between foundations and foundations and structures;

• Understand the characteristics of each structural form;

• Understand construction methods, materials and costs;

SUBCONTRACTOR ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Organize bidding subcontractor from resource until make short list properly and sign contract

• Preparation of general contract administration

• Check and evaluate progress claims and payment from subcontractor

• Contractual issue

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer

• Must have subcontractor experience at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the construction field

• Good communication skill

• Able to speak English actively and advance in English business lettering
