PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

MAINTENANCE PLANNING SUPERVISOR (Job Code : MPLS/XII/22)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

DUTIES :

• Supervise Maintenance Planner during the daily job;

• Prepare Minor & Major Shutdown Job for Crusher Area and Mill Area included scheduling, material, part and manpower;

• Monitor Critical Part at MSM Warehouse;

• Carry out mentoring to all Maintenance Planner for using SAP System;

• Communicate with all vendors related with maintenance needed;

• Carry out for improvement in planning system for improve maintenance availability;

• Provide maintenance budgeting & forecast budget for Capex and Opex;

• Review Work Order backlog and discussed with Planners how to close the work order;

• Create or improve weekly report for maintenance planner and reported on weekly planning meeting;

• Suggest for improvements in completed ‘PM’s’ and Work Orders;

• Identify improvements in standard work for planner for make effective and efficient;

• Discuss with Planning Superintendent attention particular tasks where training or training documentation is deficient and requires improvement;

• Communicate both ways effectively, mentor and assist with other Planners and instrumentation team members;

• Summarize reports of findings and recommendations on plant repairs;

• Keeps supervisor informed of potential problems;

• All other related duties that assigned by Department.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Trade Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline;

2. Bachelor / Diploma of engineering, Metallurgy or others; 

3. Has minimum of 7 experiences in Maintenance Planning of Gold Mine Industry or others industry (OHT & others);

4. Post trade Maintenance Planning Supervisor Certification or equivalent will be highly regarded;

5. Good knowledge of Process Plant in Gold Mining;

6. Excellent in SAP System and other maintenance package systems training;

7. Familiar with Equipment management System;

8. Advance computer skills and fluent in all the main Microsoft suits including Excel, Word, Project and Access;

9. Able to communicate English - written and spoken, (active English);

10. Has Indonesian driving  license (SIM A);

11. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
