We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

EOI Supervisor Welding (928156)

In this role, you will:

•  Monitor NDT crack testing on big digger, Cracks inspection and follow up repair as required; Monitoring NDT crack testing on all dump Trucks, crack inspection checks prior units servicing and recorded in system and follow up repair as required.

•  Ensure do Bucket crack inspection and GET on big digger at mining rest time.

•  Monitor Small digger Bucket, Blade on Dozers NDT test and follow up replacement or repair schedule.

•  Ensure that the correct work procedures are used for Cracks repairs and keep good quality of repairs; Monitor and maintain importance all welding and electrical tools keep it good condition and replacement is requiring if necessary and proper use; ensure all welding machines are in good working order and condition; ensure all oxy acet sets and hoses in good conditions including flash back arresters and all oxy acet equipment; ensure all welding PPE is worn and in good condition; monitor welding consumables and maintain stocks.

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Minimum Senior High School; Minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Welding in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Industry.

•  You should have good management, good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; proactive, initiative & innovative and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).

EOI Supervisor Auto Electrical (972815)

In this role, you will:

•  Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections, in accordance with the correct procedures

•  Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs

•  Quality assurance for all workshop and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used.

•  All maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time.

•  Ensure personal accurately complete personal timecards daily.

•  Ensure when approving store issues that that parts are required and the most cost-effective repair option is being used, this includes the option of alternative brand parts

•  Assist in make minor changes to plan schedule to accommodate breakdown repairs, and prioritization from mining department

•  Ensure all parts required for breakdowns and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning

•  Ensure correct manpower levels for shutdown work with planning department

•  Ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified

•  Ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Minimum degree in Technical high school, Auto Electrical Trade Specialist

•  3 years’ experience in electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry. Planning of electrical repair.

•  Have a certain capacity of communication with subordinates and mechanic

EOI Supervisor High Voltage (928158)

In this role, you will:

•  Apply plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering, quality of workmanship, leadership & organize of workshop personnel.

•  Plan and coordinate HV electrical maintenance (schedule & unscheduled), inspection and statutory HV management according to TMS Plant Department policies and Government procedures to ensure availability targets, safety and budget are achieved.

•  Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or Thiess Electrical Trade Specialist; has 7 years’ experience in maintenance HV electrical repair, troubleshooting in the mining industry with minimum 3 years' experience as Supervision HV Electrical & Radio Communication; familiar working with ERP system, preferably in JDE is advantageous; proficient in troubleshooting electrical control system; genset troubleshooting synchronizing panel troubleshooting, electrometrical control system, HV electrical equipment knowledge.

•  POP certificate; minimum 5 years in electrical supervision

•  Good leadership skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; proactive; able to work in under pressure

EOI Supervisor Warehouse (928159)

In this role, you will:

•  Be responsible to manage all activities in site Supply Chain Warehouse , especially in the absence of Supply Chain Senior Supervisor

•  Ensure that all materials issued from store must be traceable using MRF , correct part number and cost code completed with approval as signature specimen

•  Coordinate and do monitoring all warehouse activities to ensure the correct location, stock store level maintenance. Monitoring fuel and oil issuing – ensure all running well .Stock take result target must reach minimum 95%

•  Ensure process of receipting and dispatching inventory are following Thiess procedure.

•  ensure all document match with physical item. NCR immediately issued if not match

•  Ensure Site Expeditor is taking on the role of following up outstanding order. Plant team daily updated with P1 item status.

•  Take part and controlling all Supply Chain monitoring report and fix the discrepancy (APWF – GRNV)

•  Be responsible to monitor the issue at Supply Chain warehouse and provide an immediate strong corrective action

•  Be responsible to maintain continuous improvement – achieve KPI targets and set up achievable yearly target

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Diploma or bachelor’s degree; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in warehouse or supply chain environment in Mining Company.

EOI Planner Plant (928160)

In this role, you will:

•  Ensure planning department goals are achieved in your workshop

•  Generate, monitor and maintain PM service and backlog schedule for support and hire equipment

•  Review, update and correct all non-component backlog defects in JDE for machines in your area of responsibility

•  Every morning re-organise the support equipment maintenance activities board as per the updated service schedule and other current maintenance activities

•  Ensuring all work packages are complete and prepares as per the weekly plan

•  Review all completed work packages, directing any that are not fully completed back to the workshop supervisor to be completed

•  As required offer feedback to planning supervisor and support equipment supervisor when planning system are not working in your workshop

•  Administer all non-component machine requirements (for your workshop) in line with the TCI work order flow chart

•  As required forward on to planning supervisor any information that is required by site central planning group

•  Actively participate in the weekly planning process

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Graduated from Thiess Apprenticeship or extensive planning experience

•  Requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Planner Component in maintenance and planning in the mining industry

•  Familiar with Heavy Equipment’s and have working knowledge of mining equipment components and experience in safe work practices

EOI Specialist OHS (928162)

In this role, you will:

•  Lead by example to promote the realization of ONE HSE culture in the project.

•  Ensure Thiess standard, client requirements and applicable government regulations are complying in daily project operations.

•  Ensure the operational activities comply with Thiess standard and applicable Government Regulation.

•  Ensure lead indicator targets achieved by individual and provide monitoring on the target achievement by supervisor on field e.g.: Inspection, JO, CCV, and other programs run by project.

•  Ensure all action plans (from incident investigation, audit, inspection, hazard report, CCV, etc.) identified and recorded has been followed up and completed.

•  Actively train, coach and mentor the team member or the operational team member to improve their OHS competency.

•  Enter all information into Synergy if required, e.g.: Event, Action Plan, Hazard report, etc.

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Bachelor/Diploma Degree in mining OHS and/or Environmental

•  Minimum 3 years in Mining Industries in same position

•  Demonstrate your understanding on OHS Management and environment management system

•  Proficient in computer literacy, English Language, Government regulation relates Health & Safety and their implementation

EOI Paramedic (928163)

In this role, you will:

•  Develop and implement Occupational Health at Site

•  Provide medical Info for safety talk (health Talk) and notice board

•  Monitor and follow up injury management, rehabilitation and hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management

•  Provide medical evacuation drill, Emergency Management Plan, Conducting First Aid training and organize Emergency Rescue Team.

•  Conduct training on medical first response and rescue to all team members

•  Improve internal site medical first response and rescue team competency, oversee preparation of emergency response facilities and team

•  Actively performing on safety support and promoting safety issue,

•  Facilitate investigation process and able to determine direct cause, contributing factors and monitor implementation of action plan

•  Facilitate implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan

•  Encourage all people to remind each other to keep good safety performance.

•  Support safety administration / input safety implementation /safety system  to synergy

•  Conduct General Safety Induction & Visitor Induction

•  Record all first aid kit for all areas

•  Attend daily toolbox / safety talk meeting to all areas to ensure fatigue sleep records.

•  Follow up High Risk employees every month

•  Make Hazard Report and SBO every month

•  Conduct Fit for work training for new employees and fit for work refreshing training (if needed).

•  Provide accurate and timely reports, and ensure information is available as required

•  Maintain accurate safety records to be available for auditing

•  Document filing in clinic and ambulance correct and up to date

•  What skills and experience do you need?

•  Minimum degree in Nursing (Diploma)

•  At least 5 years experiences as first aid

•  Have competency and skill based on emergency response specific case

EOI Engineer Cost Control (928164)

In this role you will:

•  Manage the financial and cost control aspects for all project operations and implement the best system and procedures to ensure quality and accurate control including reporting

•  Provide analytical support to the project's management and other managers as required

•  Manage all aspects of day to day and monthly financial project requirements

•  Control and review Infomine data processing to produce consistent, accurate, and timely manner completion

What skills and experience do you need?

•  Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economic, Civil, Industrial or Mining Engineering with minimum 3 years in the mining or construction industry in similar role as Engineer Cost Control and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;

•  Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as JDE or other ERP will be additional advantage

•  Good leadership, independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills; high initiative; performance driven; good planning skill; good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English.

EOI Supervisor HR&GA (928165)

In this role you will:

•  Implement corporate HR policies and procedure in line with organization procedures.

•  Be responsible for human resource management activities.

•  Provide reports regarding Human resource activities

•  Manage recruitment activities

•  Provide consultation and advice to all line management with respect to Human Resource and Industrial Relation matters

•  Ensure that the activities camp management, facilities and transportation management run well.

What skills and experience do you need:

•  University degree in Management, law, economic, business or psychology, with min 8 years working experience in similar position.

EOI Officer HR (927924)

In this role, you will:

•  Assist Supervisor HR to plan, lead, organize and control the recruitment

•  Ensure HRIS data and site payroll obtain all relevant records/information

•  Assist site recruitment staff and non-staff, including posting vacancies and fielding employee questions

•  Assist Superintendent HR with managing time frame of recruitment process

•  Keeping abreast of employee – Industrial Laws, Legislation, Rules, Regulations and case decisions

What skills and experience do you need:

•  Minimum Diploma Degree with 3 years’ experience in HR field preferably from mining industry.

•  Experience in dealing with Manpower Department

•  Good computer system knowledge (MS Office)

•  Good communication in English (written and verbal)
