To support our EPC Project – Power Expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position :
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER POWER PLANT EXPANSION – EPC POWER
(Expatriate/ National - Site Based)
About the role
• Senior Project Manager Power Plant Expansion is responsible leading teams to deliver Power Plant Expansion Projects in company operation area, including management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Some of your duties will include:
o Establish design systems and database technology in the management and supervision of Power Plant Expansion projects.
o Provide advice and guidance to contractors, employees and consultants to ensure Company and corporate standards are applied and maintained.
o Make critical decisions of a process or cost nature by having external knowledge of the cost and availability of materials and contractors/manpower as they apply to project planning and execution.
o Establish the effective integration of diverse project construction in the power plant area.
o Employ international best standards in planning and construction to meet project deadlines and keeping costs low and within budget.
o Effectively schedule and monitor work and take appropriate actions to avoid delays in supply or execution.
o Prepare appropriate reports and presentations for Senior Management and shareholders.
o Develop budgets and execute budget with a focus on cost control and utilization of Value Improving Practices.
o Undertake negotiation for budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in ways that build commitment to the plans.
o Review cost management issues and identify improvements.
o Manage Department’s Budget, identify issues, and propose improvements.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Extractive Industry or Engineering and or equivalent combination of training and experience in large-scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in multi-national mining sites.
• Has minimum 15+ years’ experience working in role in field EPC project management, multi-unit development or similar project construction management/development fields of which 10+ years as a manager of construction
• Minimum 15 years of experience with international practices regarding construction techniques and planning. Previous experience in ground up construction is required. Power plant Industry construction experience is preferred;
• Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
• Previous experience managing project scopes in the range of US$ 100 to 500 million dollar project scopes/budgets is required;
• Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required
• Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project controls, configuration management, risk management, schedule and cost control
• Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills;
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing project timelines and schedules simultaneously;

SUPERINTENDENT PORT & LOGISTICS – EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Reporting to General Manager Process & Fixed Plant is responsible to provides high level technical warehousing & logistics support to the Processing Expansion project operation. The role will work closely with port logistic Depts. and other related field to manage potential warehousing & logistics risks & opportunities and maintains company warehousing & logistics compliance. The role has a key strategic function to improve the company’s long-term reputation in the warehousing, inventory controlling and port logistics sectors on technical matters such as stock holding management, inventory demand planning, cataloguing & equipment management, & freight strategy, Export Import, port & laydown traffic management.
• To manage potential risks & opportunities, maintain company compliance and improve the Dept’s reputation.
• Analyze monitoring data and trends to identify potential risks & opportunities and emerging compliance issues.
• Provide technical advice to management to address significant opportunities & risks and emerging compliance issues.
• Develop interpretive material and conduct stakeholder information sharing sessions to socialize important aspects of the warehousing & inventory management, monitoring and performance and port logistics management.
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Workplan and report
• Coordinate compilation of data/information required for permit with relevant areas.
• Support in preparing/updating/reviewing port & logistic plan in coordination with relevant areas (Project Expansion Process, and Social Responsibility).
• Participate in projects to improve warehousing & logistics performance, increase understanding, reduce risk, and/or to meet/exceed standard criteria set by company.
• Have a working knowledge of the company warehousing & logistic Management System and Performance Standards.
• Act as warehousing & port logistic Management System Coordinator.
• Develop procedures and systems to meet required Site management standards.
• Provide technical advice to site leadership team to ensure procedures, systems and work practices meet discipline-specific standard requirements.
• Assist in the development of Critical Performance Indicators, Site and Departmental Goals to improve performance and reduce risk.
• Undertake a range of projects as required, generally relating to development but potentially also including reporting systems and other projects within the broader and specific operating areas.
• Conduct gap analysis of port & logistic standards.
• Responsible for coordinating, supervising and administering the collection and movement to site of materials from Europe, America, Australia, Asia and other regions of Indonesia. To ensure delivery schedule is achieved and meet with budget forecast.
• Direct and supervises clearance and consolidation shipping in Denpasar, Surabaya and Jakarta.
• Maintain over US$20 million annual budget on freight and consolidation of cargo.
• To works closely with inter department in Material Management and major end user to ensure delivery schedule is achieved and meet with budget forecast.
• To maintain interaction with Indonesian Government i.e. BKPM, Sucofindo, DOME, Finance/Commerce Department and Customs in regard with Import Export and Master List.
• Responsible to development of a Port & Logistic Shipping strategy in relation with operational corporate requirements.
• Implement staff development training procedures including development and monitoring of individual staff development plans for Port and Logistic Shipping staff in line with company’s Succession Planning Policy.
• Develop and communicate Port and Logistics shipping strategy in relation with operational corporate requirement.
• Develop and communicate Import Export Clearance strategy to ensure maximum exemption of Duty and taxes and comply with Indonesian Customs rules.
• Review and analyze Invoices / shipping document and confer with Manager to obtain data required for planning and reporting of department activities.
• Supervision of cargo consolidation, shipping and transporting to Site, managing of Import Export clearance through Indonesian Customs.
• Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status of major activities relating to Logistics Import Export activities.
• Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and to ensure compliance with Indonesian Government policy, Contract of Work and company standard operating procedures.
• Preparing company Master list and monitoring / producing report on usage in quarterly basis.
• Preparing departmental operating budget and forecast
• May propose new procedure to ensure effective and efficient Port and Logistics relate to Processing Plant Expansion, Power Expansion, and Smelter project.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree programs in supply chain management, logistics or business administration; Master’s degree programs in supply chain management, logistics or business administration will be and added value.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Large Port Operation & Logistic in Large Mining Organization / EPC Industry with 8 years in managerial level as Superintendent Port & Logistic and has some extensive years of experience interfacing with government departments at a senior level.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulation is a must and experience on International shipping is required; Have a good knowledge to identify HS code and familiar with Custom module/system. Liaison with authorities / agencies for Customs Duty clearance.
• Have good knowledge and practice with some years extensive experience to handle Master list approval, Coordination for Marine Transit Insurance, Tracking Cargo / Shipment movement from various sources to project site, Shipping Documentation Clearance / Review; Coordinate with Ports team for logistics of goods / Equipment, unloading of cargo at Jetty / Customs clearance and shifting to laydown / Project Site;
• Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognize by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and Operations Crew, and other Stakeholder.

COORDINATOR PROCUREMENT , WAREHOUSE, AND STORAGE YARD - EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Supervise and coordinate the inventory management activities of the warehouse with the objective of procuring necessary items, optimizing stock turnover, and minimizing waste, to ensure all departments are supported to achieve project goals.
• Ensure all project personnel including contractors operate safely and comply with all acts, regulations, laws and client rules and regulation applicable to the contract and the Indonesian mining industry.
• Provide accurate, timely and clear reporting and communication to the Superior level in Warehouse.
• Manage costs effectively, identify and minimize risks within the department
• Monitor and control activities to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
• Ensure pre-start inspections of good received are carried out and correctly documented.
• Review pre-start inspections of good received and ensure corrective actions required are addressed.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are used safely and correctly by the crew.
• Ensure workers are trained, deemed competent and authorized on site prior to commencement of work.
• Assist with tracking incoming material and certification of goods received (laydown/site)

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Preferably a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer.
• Have minimum 8 years’ work experience in a procurement, warehouse & stores in EPC Industry / Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) – Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) – Transmission & Distribution - Geo Thermal Power Plant Construction is preferred.
• Have 5 years’ experience in similar role as Coordinator Procurement, Warehouse, & Storage yard
• Proficient in Warehouse and Inventory, project procurement, construction Material specifications. Capabilities the ERP system (SAP). Understanding of the Purchasing and Logistic.

SENIOR ENGINEER COST – EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Prepare budget project in accordance with approved design construction engineering plan;
• Cashflow Management and tracking
• Verification of invoices / claims and certification of claims
• Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget;
• Provide and review weekly and monthly costing report;
• Provide forecasting report; set up monthly, yearly budget plan; ensure cost in the right allocation in SAP costing and provide journal report in monthly bases;
• Ensure production data accurately reported for progress; check and review additional work/day work claim;
• Check explosive materials and accessories back charged by Client;
• Provide and communicate the weekly cost report to related department for any possible improvement; check and review daily costing of infrastructure division; review civil works/infrastructure progress and report variance cost against budget.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil/ Economic/ Industrial or Engineering in related discipline with minimum 10 years in Mining and or EPC Industry / Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) – Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) – Transmission & Distribution - Geo Thermal Power Plant Construction experience is preferred,
• Have 5 years’ working experiences in similar role as Senior Engineer Cost and in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
• Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as SAP or other ERP will be additional advantage.

ENGINEER CONTRACT – EPC POWER

Some of your duties will include:
• Assist the supervisor to ensure successful procurement of goods and services through effective contracting in terms of costs, quality, quantity, services and availability.
• Assist to develop contract plans and strategies based on user department contracting requirements and provide regular progress status reports of all contracting activities.
• Use, monitor and update the contracting components of the ERP contracts administration systems, online contracts request system, and related data and reporting systems.
• Administer contract matters relating to Government regulatory compliance, claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, correspondence, back charges, taxes, insurance, liability, indemnities, bonds and retentions.
• Assist supervisor to Maintain standard contract documents and prepare formal contract documentation customized to suit specific contract requirements of company operational activities.

• Have exposures 3 years’ Contract / Purchasing / Materials Management experience with 2 years of experience in similar role as contract engineer preferably within a large EPC industry/ Power Plant busines industry;
• Experience in purchasing high dollar items and preparing complex Purchase Orders or Purchase Contracts;
• General understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;

SPECIALIST INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE & OCCUPATIONAL – EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for safety, health, loss control prevention of Support area within their geographic areas of responsibilities.
• Implement Industrial Hygiene (IH) systems, sampling and monitoring compliance annually that match with IH monitoring plan, requirement, regulation, and technical standards
• Maintain IH and safety equipment availability, supervise area, and develop program with the related skills and knowledge of Industrial Hygiene and Safety technical support practices
• Assist and Coordinate with supervisor and business partners related to IH and Safety Technical Support programs in their area
• Coordinate with Occupational Health/Clinic doctor and area responsible related to Health Risk Assessment (HRA), MCU program, and Return to Work Capability Assessment (RWCA) schedule.
• Involve and Facilitate Safety risk and opportunity register
• Conduct internal audit related with Occupational Health and Safety related with regulation and company standards.
• Involve and review of SHLP controlled documents based on Information register, audit and risks assessment findings and Company Standards and procedures.
• Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities and assignment of resources to review and implement safety standard.
• Prepare internal and external reports related with safety and occupational health (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester, and annual)
• Maintain SHLP database reporting system internal (EHS Manager 360) and external reporting DEMR (SIMKP Minerba)
• Ensure SHLP Database system (EHS Manager 360) work properly
• Prepare work schedule, equipment availability, sampling analysis, and develop with the related skills and knowledge of Industrial Hygiene and Safety technical support practices.
• Build strong expertise in own field, clearly understand own and team objectives/goal, and deliver consistent high performance.
• Establish and maintain close communication with department users thru monthly safety meeting, SSE Meeting, Business Partners Quarterly Meeting, safety Committee Meeting, Annual Risk Register, Internal Audit SMKP.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Hygiene or related field experience such as occupational health, doctor, chemistry, health care, nursing, and biology equivalent is preferable, with extensive years working experience in Mining and or EPC Industry / Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) – Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) – Transmission & Distribution - Geo Thermal Power Plant Construction experience is preferred.
• Hold an Industrial Hygiene certificate from National Professional Certification Board;
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate;
• Minimum Five (5) years working experience in in conducting Industrial Hygiene sampling and monitoring or equivalent experience obtained during the pursuit of work experience
• Must understand Mining and or EPC Industry / Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) – Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) – Transmission & Distribution - Geo Thermal Power Plant Safety Management System philosophies and know Indonesian safety regulations;
