Position: HR Analyst - Site Base
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.
Purpose of the Role:
Provides HR generalist services for all wide range of works across several HR areas. Including recruiting and introduction of new employees, and retention, development and remuneration of current ones, performing interviews, ensuring correct personnel data administration and budgets preparation, producing personnel legal documentation, and assisting in compilation and reporting of personnel data. Assist in internal communications, implementation and controls on IT systems related to HR administration.
Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the company recruitment process, not limited to liaising with user on their recruitment request, screening and shortlisting candidates, arrange interview, participate in the interview, prepare the remuneration proposal and in charge of the offering to candidates.
• Responsible for the process of staff on boarding and off boarding process.
• Provide monthly payroll data and assist with payroll process.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel data in company’s local and global HR Information system.
• Provide support in the execution of annual performance review process and committee.
• Provide advice to employees on company HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employees training request and produce periodically report on it.
• Liaise with HR national and local contractors related to outsource employees.
• Preparing detailed personnel budgets and estimates.
• Produce various government reporting including internal reports related to personnel data and analysis.
• Liaise will local government to ensure we are complying with manpower regulations.
• Responsible for all HR vendor invoicing process from SAP to requesting payment approval.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or equivalent.
• 4-5 years or working experiences in the same position.
• Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS). Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An in-depth understanding of labor laws.
• Good in English is preferable.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.

Position: Forestry Advisor
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.
Purpose of the Role:
Forestry Advisor have primary function is to support the Forestry Leader (Focal Point) in handling the fulfillment of forestry obligations of Hu'u Project, and to assist the forestry staff to organize field progress activities in maintaining good forestry governance. Independently supervise all contractor activity in the field and implement programs and ensure the effective use of resources to meet the current forest management objectives also meet government expectations to ensure the sustainability of permit granting of PPKH for PT Sumbawa Timur Mining.
Accountabilities:
• Prepare document application for the PPKH (Borrow to Use Forest Permit).
• Regularly advise the exploration project teams on forestry protection and management measures.
• Assist Forestry Leader undertake audits and/or inspections at operational sites to ensure that forest permit compliance conditions are implemented effectively and in compliance with Indonesian legislative requirements.
• Responsible to the measurement of logs, uploading of the records to the SIPPUH and obtaining the Legality Wood Document (“SKSHHK”)
• Responsible to monitoring the planting activity of the watershed rehabilitation/revegetation following technical guidance document/forestry regulations).
• Prepare the forestry semester report.
• Responsible to Assist annual monitoring by related forestry agencies related to the fulfilment of the borrow and use permit’s obligations.
• Responsible to maintain good relations with forest users and related stakeholders.
• Liaise with the related Forestry Agencies in Regency and Provincial Level, Forest users, community and other relevant stakeholders for the forestry permitting.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience handling/supervising forestry activities, forestry reporting, rehabilitation and forestry studies/surveys on major mining, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Experience in delivering rehabilitation programs and coordinating field teams.
• A sound technical knowledge and understanding of forest ecology and habitats in Indonesia (and preferably NTB Province).
• Experience working on major extractive industry projects in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Indonesian forestry legislation.
• Current or past certification as a GANIS-accredited forestry professional.

Position: Procurement Analyst Site Based
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO roster.
Purpose of the Role:
This position will help with contract activities, vendor registration, and monthly procurement reports.
Accountabilities:
• Perform daily contracting activities with regards to purchasing & service of materials and/or equipment requested by users ensuring that they are processed under the company’s standards and norms.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of incoming PR, adequacy of scope of work and any other appendices, develop and review RFQ, and supervise procurement process according to procurement procedures.
• Working together with users to review the scope of work and provide guidance to ensure the contents meet the company's standards and norms.
• Conduct pre-qualification before preparing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or tender document.
• Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials.
• Conduct analysis on contract and PO terms (technical, commercial, and legal terms).
• Provide recommendations on the best/economical/efficient way to award the tender and comply with Vale norms.
• Select products/services that best fit the establishment's requirements.
• Obtains proposals from suppliers/contractors, evaluates, and prepares equalization & award recommendations. Obtain appropriate approvals for selected suppliers/contractors.
• Review the terms and conditions of PO and contract.
• Conduct pre-bid meetings before tender submission.
• Interview suppliers and negotiate prices, discounts, advance payment, payment terms, and transportation arrangements to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Issues PO/Contract/Lease Agreement and ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Maintain and monitor PR (Purchase Requisition) and contract in the related procurement system.
• Interfaces with suppliers/contractors to find solutions should problems occur and seek advice from Supervisor if necessary.
• Provide consultancy services to Users on supply source, prices, availability, and general market trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/business administration.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably from mining exploration projects.
• Strong knowledge & skills related to drilling/engineering study/site camp support/civil construction (FIDIC contract).
• Familiar and able to work with local suppliers/community in a remote area (i.e., Dompu, NTB) – MANDATORY.
• Strong knowledge & skills related to the procurement process, especially in sourcing & Contract/PO administration.
• Strong knowledge & skills related to negotiation with the local supplier and problem-solving
• Good English skill (verbal & written) is a must.
• Familiar to work with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SAP system
• Able to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently/with less supervision.
• Willing to work extra hours to complete the work.
• Willing to travel to the company's site office (Sumbawa) on a roster basis.
