PT. Archi Indonesia Tbk. is one of the largest pure-play gold producers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia located in Jakarta. Our subsidiary in Jakarta, PT. Karya Kreasi Mulia – is currently seeking a professional below in order to support our seamless operation:

BUYER (CODE: KKM-BY/V/23)

(Location: Jakarta Office)

Duties:

• Carry out purchasing activities according to the specifications, quantity, and lead time required by the user;

• Maintain high levels of inventory and spare parts availability;

• Striving for the optimal price by undergoing negotiations on the price offered by the vendor;

• Approach a minimum of three vendors for each purchase according to the Company's Purchasing Policy and Procedures. Or, complete the Single Source Justification if it is not possible to meet the policy;

• Proactively follow up with Accounts Payable with indications of late payments and a potential delay in supply;

• Proactively follow up with Vendors that go beyond their delivery commitments;

• Generate MRP on SAP and reconcile data;

• Maintain good relationships with vendors, in terms of good communication to obtain timely feedback, and align the Company's values;

• Other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor and complete it within the given deadline.

Requirements:

1. Graduated with a bachelor's degree, preferably from an engineering discipline;

2. Minimum have 3 years as Buyer or Purchasing Officer in Mining Industry;

3. Have skill in Microsoft office, ERP (preference SAP Hana) is a must;

4. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken;

5. Have knowledge in material product, such as chemical and engineering parts;

6. Willing to work on mining site as required/necessary.
