Our Jakarta office is looking for Senior Procurement Analyst Site based in Dompu-NTB Indonesia for 12 Months contract period- possibility extension:
Job Summary//
To perform purchasing and contracting activities, manage tender process, and other procurement support within the Hu’u projects
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU NEED//
• Minimum education: Bachelor Degree on Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or otherrelated major min GPA 3.00 (Optional)
• Minimum 7 years of working at site experience – preferably from mining exploration project or oil &gas industry
• Strong knowledge & skill related to civil construction (FIDIC contract), site camp support, price agreement, material management and local content
• Familiar and able to work with local supplier/community in remote area (i.e. Dompu, NTB) –MANDATORY
• Strong knowledge & skill related to procurement process especially on sourcing & Contract/PO administration
• Preferable candidates with geothermal and mining owners’ experiences
• Strong knowledge & skill related to negotiation with local supplier and problem solving
• Good English skill (verbal & written) is a must
• Familiar to work with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point & SAP system
• Able to manage time and handle multiple tasks
• Able to work independently/less supervision
• Willing to work extra hours to complete the work
• Willing to travel to company’s site office (Sumbawa) in roster basis
