MANAGER COMMISIONING & OPERATIONS CCPP – EPC POWER
(Expatriate/ National - Site Based)
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the commissioning, start-up, and operation of a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) to ensure that it operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead and manage the plant's operational and maintenance staff and coordinate with other functional groups, including maintenance, engineering, and safety.
Some of your duties will include:
• Manage the commissioning and start-up of a new CCPP, ensuring that the equipment and systems are installed, tested, and operated according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Lead the operation and maintenance of the CCPP, including the gas turbine, steam turbine, heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), balance of plant (BOP), and other systems to meet production targets and operating efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Manage plant personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling to ensure an adequate and competent workforce to meet operational demands.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, timely and cost-effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure quality service and optimal plant performance.
• Provide regular reports on plant performance and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize plant operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Has eighteen (18) years of direct related experience in progressive technical and supervisory experience in CCPP operation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CCPP equipment, systems, and operations, including gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG, BOP, and related systems; Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, including permitting, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
PROJECT MANAGER - LNG TERMINAL PROJECT
(National - Site Based)
The essential duties, included but not limited to:
• Project Control / Schedule management
• Trouble Shooting
• Interface management – between CCPP & LNG Terminal; Review Interface management for packages / disciplines within LNG Terminal itself; Coordinate with Design Consultant of company
• Prepare and provide status updates for management meetings
Required technical skills, training and experience:
• Bachelor in Engineering Degree
• Minimum 20 years project-based construction management experience, of which at least 10 years in a similar industry and equivalent position, as Project Manager
• Completed at least more than 3 LNG Terminal Projects
• Completed more than 2 projects as a Team Leader / Project Manager
• Experience in Indonesia desirable; National/regional experience will be a distinct advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction and erection contracts and standards.
• Strong communicator, self-assured, able to work independently.
• A thorough understanding of the project cycle, the ability to prioritise activities and to drive it to completion and to anticipate pinch points.

MANAGER CONSTRUCTION – LNG TERMINAL PROJECT
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Establish the construction management function for the project, considering existing company project management, contracting and construction procedures.
• Manage and schedule all construction activities, including site establishment and site preparation.
• Manage the construction safety program. Have regular meetings with the Safety Manager to review adherence to the procedures, to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Manage the construction schedule. Create and distribute a three-week look-ahead schedule; review with scheduler as needed to clarify input of current schedule impacts to the project master schedule. Have regular meetings with the Project Controls Manager to review adherence to the baseline schedule, identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Manage the construction quality plans. Have regular meetings with the Quality Manager to review adherence to the quality procedures.
• Manage the construction budget. Have regular meetings with the Project Controls Manager to review adherence to the approved budget.
• Manage the construction and erection contractors in terms of the relevant contracts. Have regular contract review meetings with the Commercial Manager to review adherence to contractual requirements.
• Responsible to maintain all construction records.
• Maintain a daily construction log and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Work with Contractors to mitigate variator orders; communicate to project team potential impact; work with PM and Engineering Contractor to formulate solutions which minimize overall cost impact to project.
• Review and advise PM regarding Contractors’ related RFI questions, potential solutions and potential impacts to quality and schedule; maintain file of RFIs submitted and answered for access at project site.
• Assist the Commercial Manager to review contractor bids and to implement construction contracts. Negotiate technical and schedule conditions with equipment suppliers and construction contractors.
• Effectively implements and manages plans, actions, procedures, and improvement strategies decided by the project management team.
• Submit necessary reports and recommendations to the Project Manager concerning project status and problems.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor in Engineering Degree
• Minimum 20 years project-based construction management experience, of which at least 10 years in a similar industry and equivalent position, as EPC construction manager
• Completed at least 3 LNG Terminal projects as Construction Manager and QAQC

MANAGER QA/ QC – EPC POWER
(Expatriate/ National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Manage and co-ordinate all facility infrastructure project construction and maintenance so as to maximize productivities in the most cost effective manner and to achieve business target while ensuring that a safe professional is maintained;
• Proactively seek, drive and deliver innovative value adding Quality Assurance and Quality Control solutions to the project and business.
• Drive effective planning in all direct support areas and efficient use of resources to deliver agreed outcomes, KPI results and business objectives.
• Actively identify new initiatives, technology or business practices with demonstrated business benefits and drive their implementation.
• Deliver agreed annual objectives within agreed budget.
• Establish effective and meaningful KPI for agreed OA&E services and other deliverables, and regularly monitor performance and progress against them.
• Provide high quality and appreciated OA&QC services, including tender advice, project start up capability and ongoing monthly reporting support.
• Maintain a strong link and relationship with all stakeholder and relationships with the People, Sustainability & Environment, Project Controls and Power Plant teams.
• Ensure QA&QC best practice and good governance principles are foremost in all decisions.
• Lead QA&QC management representative and provide support on technical, administrative, and management activities for the project of management System application & management activities for tender preparation, execution of the project and workplace management system.
• Reviews and updates departmental procedures and policies, administers discipline, enforces company policy, and ensures compliance with state, federal, or other jurisdictional laws;
• Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of operational efficiency;
• Development, establish, implement and maintain Departmental policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within company and its Business Partners;
• Development and maintain departmental plans that are pro-active in planning and execution to ensure that the day-to-day operational needs are met while counterbalancing the strict Project and control requirements in line with Indonesian or better standards;
• Develop and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures, which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach on Projects and control the facilities.
• Goals and coordinates the activities of the department reports in the field, workshop and various administrative office ensure consistent and quality scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance are accomplished with minimal disruption to the operation;
• Development and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures, which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach to a better delivery of support and operational services;
• Ensure that international-quality office and support infrastructure facilities are available which meet the needs of the company workforce and its Business Partners;
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with 12 years’ experience industry preferable have exposure in Geo Thermal Power Plant project
• Must have had 5 years’ experience in similar role as Manager Quality Control;
o Have substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance; Must have Project infrastructure knowledge on building (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping / Plumbing); Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required
o Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; have working knowledge in Civil Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting;
o Have Madya level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position..
o Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT DEVELOPMENT (WIND POWER) – EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for managing and coordinating the engineering aspects of the project, including site preparation, equipment procurement, construction activities, and quality assurance. This role will be to ensure the successful implementation of wind power projects, adhering to safety protocols, engineering standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and supervise the engineering team involved in the construction and installation of wind power projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, designers, and procurement teams, to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
• Oversee the site preparation activities, including land clearing, foundation design, and infrastructure development.
• Procure and manage the equipment and materials required for the wind power project, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the timely and efficient execution of construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet engineering standards and project requirements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase of wind power projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team and other project stakeholders: Assessment of wind master data determine Wind Potential; Selection and Sizing of the plant; Selection of suitable Wind Turbine; Technical evaluation of bids; Review of Engineering Document; Project Execution.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy.
• At least 12 years of experience in engineering and construction within the wind power industry.
• Strong knowledge of wind power technologies, equipment, and construction processes.
• Exposure to software’s such as WindPRO and ETAP
• Completed at least 3 projects involving engineering and construction experience in managing and coordinating engineering activities in wind power projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations in the wind power sector; Familiarity with health and safety protocols in the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources; Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively coordinate engineering activities and teams; Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and challenges during construction; Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

SUPERINTENDENT ENVIRONMENTAL – EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to provide in depth technical environmental support to the development of company projects.
• Work closely with Permitting, Government Relations, Operation, Environmental Sections, and external stakeholders to evaluate environmental risks and impacts, support technical requirements for Environmental Approval and Technical Approvals, and ensure adequate communications for the implementation of regulation and commitments during all stages of the projects.
• To ensure environmental compliance of company business development;
• To execute communication plan of environmental commitments in the Environmental Approval and Technical Approvals to the relevant stakeholder to ensure compliance with regulation and Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan;
• Compile baseline environmental data to support new projects and/or business expansion;
• Analyse environmental potential risk and impacts of new projects;
• Oversee environmental consultant to compile environmental documents (KA AMDAL, AMDAL, RKL/RPL, Technical Approvals, etc)
• Provide technical advice to management to address significant identified potential environmental risks from new projects;
• Provide sustainable approach and technology options to conduct business or process
• Manage studies of permitting and financing requirements (Environmental approval and technical approvals, ESIA, etc) and coordinate with third parties in conducting studies.
• Coordinate with relevant areas in conducting additional sampling/analysis related to business expansion.
• Develop and manage key research projects involving targeted local, national and international institutions (government and non-government) to support risk management, permit, closure and other requirements.
• Develop interpretive material and conduct stakeholder information sharing sessions to socialize important aspects of the environmental management, monitoring and performance.
• Prepare and publish scientific manuscripts and reports on key environmental projects.
• Provide peer review of environmental studies and reports prepared by third parties.
• Provide technical input to permitting applications and stakeholder reports.
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Workplan (RKAB) and report
• Participate in projects to improve environmental performance, increase environmental understanding, reduce environmental risk, and/or to meet/exceed standard criteria set by company.
• Utilize Environmental Management System (EMS) tools to manage risk, changes, and improvements for business expansion and new projects;
• Provide technical advice to site leadership team to ensure new development and changes in EMS meet discipline-specific standard requirements;

• Assist in the development of Critical Performance Indicators, Site and Departmental Goals (Top Tens) to improve environmental performance and reduce risk;

• Prepare an annual and long-term budget for Environmental Management and Monitoring of new/developing projects and support input to overall Environmental Department or Project budget; Monitor project cost, track actual cost vs. budget costs.
• Prepare Contract Request Forms (CRFs) for contracted services and track invoices payment against contracts.
• Support Environmental Manager for annual Environmental budget review by Site Management.
• Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs.
• Implement, monitor and modify agreed actions to maintain financial and overall project objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor degree in Environmental engineering, and/or science related field; Postgraduate technical qualifications in science or engineering with a Master degree preferable, with 10 years or more professional experience on technical matters pertinent Mineral Processing/ Smelter/ EPC/ Renewable industry, including relevant post-graduate experience.
• Have minimum 5 years’ experiences in similar role in managerial of Environmental Engineering as Superintendent/ Lead Environmental.
• Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
• Strong understanding on environmental performance management in mining environment, environment government regulations; Have a working knowledge of Environmental Management System (EMS); Strong understanding on international guidelines related to environmental; Experienced in conducting multiple media environmental sampling and monitoring; Strong skill in data analysis and statistical analysis.
• Has ISO14001 awareness, auditor training and certification and AMDAL training and certification.

SUPERINTENDENT CIVIL & STRUCTURAL – EPC POWER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Study and review engineering designs, plant and equipment specifications and other technical documentation submitted by the Engineering Consultant, equipment suppliers and construction contractors, ensuring conformance to specifications and standards and to the Owner’s requirements.
• Develop and manage the engineering design schedule and the document and information exchange schedule between the project team, the Engineering Consultant, equipment suppliers, the construction team and construction contractors (internal and external project stakeholders).
• Manage and control the document and information exchange process between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Manage terminal points and software interfaces between internal and external project stakeholders.
• During construction, ensure that the correct documentation, drawings and other technical information are made available to the site teams.
• Investigate and solve technical issues relating to drawings and engineering that will come up during construction.
• Take overall responsibility for civil and structural steel construction on site.
• Manage the civil and structural steel construction and erection contractors.
• Develop the construction schedule with the support of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractor support required for construction, including scope and contract development and implementation.
• Plan and schedule resources (manpower, service providers, spares and consumables, tools and equipment) needed to carry out construction activities.
• Develop and execute the quality plan, quality testing and related QC activities and manage the implementation and execution of the quality plan.
• Submit necessary reports and recommendations to the Project Manager concerning project status and problems.
• Formulate safety procedures and contribute to safety improvement in workplace by considering risk factors during construction activities.
• Responsible for the safety of the people under his control and for maintaining good housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance to codes, regulations and standards.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor degree preferable from Civil engineering with minimum 12 years civil and structural engineering and construction experience (any heavy industry, with a preference in power Sector – Combined Cycle Power Plant, Transmission & Distribution, prior experience with Renewable Energy Projects is desired)
• At least 5 years in a similar or equivalent position as Lead/ Superintendent Civil & Structural, and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management;
• Strong communicator, self-assured, able to work independently.
• A thorough understanding of the project cycle, the ability to priorities activities and to drive it to completion and to anticipate pinch points.
• Experienced in reading engineering drawings and the planning of engineering and construction schedules.
• Able to read and understand technical documentation and to make an expert evaluation thereof.
• Experienced in planning and executing project and construction activities.
• Hands-on experience of managing QC and HSE activities on site.
• Good knowledge of engineering and construction codes and standards;
• Excellent in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
