Currently we are sourcing the following.

Contract Management

(Contract based  - 6 months)

Responsible for the development of proper Scope of work, by discussing the key deliverable, performance matrix, pricing scheme, execution schedule with the internal customer.

This individual will place Health and Safety at the forefront of every scope of work that is contracted out and executed by contractors.

The role further be responsible to ensure the timely onboarding of the contractor and to ensure compliance with Freeport Smelter onboarding requirements. This individual with be further tasked with ensuring task performance is fully completed as agreed in the scope and to the right level of quality and release invoice for payment.

Responsibilities :

• Will be working with External Vendors and All internal user including key and relevant stakeholder.

• Responsible with the contract that prepared, understand all process and service requested by others with limited time.

• Must be able to determine the win-win solution for both Company and vendor.

• Maintain good relationship with stakeholder and vendor.

• Put together and review Scopes of Work (SOW)

• Select appropriate costing scheme. Determine the pricing schedule/costing method

• Ensure selected Contractor follows provisions of the Contractor Safety Manual

• Working with internal customer on onboarding and execution schedule.

• Review invoices for accuracy in rates and prices

• Review invoices for completeness of work performed.

• Review and advise the internal customer regarding requests for changes in the contract (Change Order) prior to changes being incurred, or soon after becoming aware of these.

• Review and approve Contractor JSA for compliance with Corporate and site requirements and maintain a repository of Contractor JSAs on SharePoint

• Assist Contract Manager in supervising safe work through observations, audits, etc.

• Mobilization and execution Schedule

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mining/ Metals Processing facility in Contract Management

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

• Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.

• Excellent problem-solving skills required.

• Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.

• Must be able to train and mentor others.

• Will be located in Gresik

• 6 months of Contracts
