1. Process Safety Specialist (Site Based)

To pioneer advanced process safety practices and crisis management strategies at company, combining innovative approaches with robust planning to enhance organizational resilience and ensure the highest levels of safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical engineering & mechanical engineering.

• Certified Functional Safety Expert or Certified Functional Safety Professional is preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in process safety.

• Experience in risk management, legal compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

 

2. HSE Project Specialist (Site Based)

To plan, coordinate, provide expertise and evaluate the development and implementation of overall health and safety aspect with references to companies’ standard and guidelines, and legal requirements to ensure alignment and compliance with company policy, standard and procedures and government regulations on Mine Safety Management System (SMKP).

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferable in Occupational Health and Safety.

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Safety.

• Have specify certification: mandatory POM, preferable Senior Operational Manager (POU) of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, General Health, and Safety Specialist (Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Umum – AK3 Umum), SMK3 and SMKP – internal auditor.

 

3. Senior Coordinator Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Improvement (Site Based)

To support the area manager to achieve their EHS accountabilities based on company requirement and government regulations. Ensure that Departmental employees have access to and adequate understanding of all relevant elements of the EHS management system.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering and science.

• Minimum 5 year’s working experience in operational safety and related field.

• Mandatory certified Pengawas Operational Madya (POM) by ESDM.

• Certified OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Auditor, SMKP (preferred).

• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (preferred).

 

4. Risk Management Specialist (Site Based)

To develop and integrate strategy in identifying, mapping, classifying, and monitoring mitigating actions for the risk management in Growth Projects according to the governance adopted by company. This role acts as the second line of defense for the company's risk treatment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferred in engineering discipline.

• Strong understanding of risk management holistic processes.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management related.

• Technical skill of understanding on business process and regulations, multi-disciplinary profile with knowledge in FEL Project methodology.

• Holding risk management and safety certification will be preferred.

 

5. Senior Coordinator Forestry (Jakarta Based)

To provide the required support for project feasibility study (Front End Loading studies), particularly in term assessment of the permitting strategy in forestry and its impact to the project schedule & execution for Sorowako Limonite & Tanamalia Project.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in forestry.

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in related field.

• Certified GANIS-CANHUT is preferable.

• Willing to travel frequently to Project Sites.

 

6. Operational Readiness Mechanical Engineer (Site Based and Contract 12 Months)

To provide technical expertise in maintaining heavy equipment by supporting service strategy development and performing maintenance analysis and improvement practices to maintain world class availability and reliability in the most cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience as mechanical engineer in heavy equipment.

• Good knowledge in maintenance and engineering calculations.

 

7. Project Engineer - Mechanical (Site Based and Contract 12 Months)

To develop and implements the planning, scheduling, and estimating of the engineering function to ensure that the project executed safely, and the technical matters comply with Engineering Work Package (EWP) in accordance with the agreed scope and engineering design, schedule and budget and cost.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project mechanical engineering or related roles.

• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

• Certified Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) is preferred.

• Certified Professional Engineer - PII (Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia) is preferred.

 

8. Enterprise Risk Management Specialist (Jakarta Based)

To develop and implement additional value-added enterprise risk management initiatives that support the bank’s overall risk management objectives. The role holder will have sound experience within the Enterprise Risk and reporting to the Head of ERM.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, economic, management, and business discipline.

• Certified Risk Management and Certified Professional Financial are preferred.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in related role.

• Having good knowledge of risk management integration and methodology.

• Having good knowledge of risk management, policies, and regulations.

• Willing to travel frequently to Project Sites.

 

 

General Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa and English, both writing and speaking.

• Computer skills (MS Office).
