About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

21. Crew TPS Sampah Domestik (KMS)


Minimum high school education;

20 to 30 years old;

Have driving license A and driving license C;

Able to operate Ms. Office computer and make reports;

Have good communication and discipline at work;

Willing to do lifting and transportation work;

Domiciled in North Morowali is preferred.

Job Description:

Managing Domestic Waste TPS Operations;

Receiving and sorting domestic waste according to its characteristics;

Recording the handover of incoming and outgoing domestic waste in the Log Book;

Carry out maintenance of the cleanliness of the TPS building;

Perform daily activities to superiors and also make reports manually and soft files on computers;

Pay attention to K3 in every job.


22. Supervisor Survey and Operation (SEI)


Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Listrik from Kemenakertrans RI);

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/ Geology/ Geodetic/ Civil/ Metallurgy/ Industry);

Have experience in the engineering field (smelter and PLTU preferred);

Able to operate Autocad, Arcgis, global mapper, graphic design;

Able to create site plan/ development plan;

POP/POM certification is preferred;

Have good leadership;

Able to create regulations and implement technical work procedures well;

Able to coordinate between divisions, related government service and other agencies;

Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description:

Provide direction and monitoring of operational and technical work (Smelter and PLTU production flow);

Monitor and analyze every technical and operational work;

Lead the team and evaluate the performance of the assigned team;

Create weekly, monthly and annual work plans;

Conduct regular work reports.


23. SHE Supervisor (SEI)


Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health;

Minimum 5 years experience in the same field as Supervisor;

Having "Ahli K3 Umum, POP, SMKP" certification;

Having Accident Investigation Certification;

Competency in auditing SMKP, SMK3, incident investigation, emergency response management and safety accountability programs;

Proficient in development and report of HSE compliance;

Proficient in regulations regarding safety and the environment in the industrial park or smelter sector;

Having the ability to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), contractor safety management system;

Proficient in Fire Management System, Fire Emergency Plan and ERT;

Willing to be place at North Morowali with 8:2 roster system.

Job Description:

Provide direction and monitoring of operational and technical work (Smelter and PLTU production flow)

Responsible to planned and unplanned safety inspections in mining area;

Having the responsibility in good safety directives in the field;

Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been carried out well by all employees;

Create SHE report and IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya dan Pengendalian Resiko);

Responsible for HSE Compliance document;

Liaise with the internal department, head office, and external interested parties and regulatory authorities on matters about safety, health and environment;

Investigating, problem solving, auditing and providing feedback on unsafe act and unsafe condition in the field.


24. Electrical Staff (SEI)


Have an educational background min. Senior High School Electrical Engineering / D3 / S1 Electrical Engineering

Have experience in the field of electricity (weak current and strong current) at least 1 year

Have experience troubleshooting electrical equipment (generators, LVMDP, towers and others)

Age 21-35 years old

Have an electrical K3 Expert certification

Understand technically about electrical work

Able to read wiring diagrams

Willing to be mobile and on call in case of troubleshooting

Able to work in teams and individually

Able to work under pressure

Disciplined and responsible

Able to coordinate well, skillful and take initiative

Willing to be place in North Morowali with 10:2 roster system.

Job Description:

Identify electricity needs in the office area

Responsible for maintenance work from the electrical side in the office area

Able to install electrical units on production machines (Tower, LVMDP, and generators)

Responsible for the procurement of electrical spare parts

Able to solve troubleshooting or damage that requires repair

Coordinate with IT, Workshop and Operation departments regarding matters related to electricity


25. Senior Staff Compensation & Benefit (HO)


Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum have 4 years of experience in the same field as Senior Staff Comben

Maximum 35 years old;

Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);

Mastering the Labor Law in the scope of Compensation and Benefits Including Overtime Regulations, Working Hours, Roster Leave, Annual Leave, Absence, THR, Annual Leave Wage Scale Structure, Unpaid Leave, Paid Leave, BPJS Provisions and Insurance.

Experience in handling more than 2 companies

Initiative in working without being told, have the best ideas to solve obstacles in work

Mastering basic administration, collecting, inputting and filing data.

Have experience in handling DPLK  

Have experience in creating/designing HRIS   

Have experience handling payroll for more than 2 companies 

Ready to work on holidays (Saturday / Sunday / national holidays) to complete payroll implementation targets on time.

Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)    

Job Description:

Managing attendance and working hours of all companies in the group including data collection both head office and jobsite.

Checking the suitability of overtime requests, official travel records, roster leave records, annual leave records     

Manage BPJS including registration, addition of participants, deactivation of participants, changes in family data, submission of BPJS payment

Prepare payments for THR, bonuses and its calculation, prepare announcements for the submission of funds and the report.

Update employee database, PTKP, able to explain to employees regarding salary including income / salary deduction, BPJS, absence etc.  

Responsible for all payroll activities starting from uploading working hours to sending data to the bank.  

Responsible for carrying out work to completion according to the targets set each month.
