Indrillco Hulu Energy, an upstream oil & gas operations in South Sumatera is urgently hiring an experienced HR Staff and Professional Drilling Engineer.

 HR Staff

Job roles :

1 Drafting RPTK as Company’s Manpower Planning

2 Prepare Human Capital (HC) budget for WP&B

3 Monitoring HC actual expenses for PQR

4 Calculating payroll and related PPh 21

5 Review & examining attendance & related outsourcing payroll

6 Prepare, maintain & examining on-off schedule and absency for all employees

7 Conducting interview & recruitment process

8 Maintaining administrative works for employees’ BPJS and insurance

9 Prepare & liase various HC reports to Pertamina EP & or SKK Migas

10 Examine & suggest continuous improvement for Human Capital

11 Other related task as needed

Requirements :

1 Minimum S-1 graduated from reputable universities

2 Minimum 5 years proved HC exposures with Oil & Gas Company

3 Good understanding with law of Manpower

4 Multi task performer & effective team player

Drilling Engineer

Job roles :

1 Prepare drilling program, drilling budget (AFE), drilling project summary, drilling time estimation

2 Calculate rock mechanics properties, pore pressure, fracture pressure

3 Perform drilling engineering analysis including trajectory, torque & drag, hydraulics, hole cleaning, well path, anti-collision management, casing & tubing design, kick tolerance, well control, drilling fluid and cementing

4 Assist tender process and contracts preparation; providing technical input and evaluation, inspecting drilling rig

5 Assist & supervise the drilling (vertical, directional & horizontal well) / Work Over / Well Service operation; to achieve drilling target within time & within budget

6 Coordinate & report drilling activity to government representative (Pertamina EP & SKK Migas)

7 Prepare final well report

8 Prepare PPP & Close Out report

9 Prepare Drilling / Work Over / WIWS items for WP&B preparation & monitoring

10 Other related task as needed

Requirements :

1 Petroleum Engineering graduated

2 Minimum 10 years outstanding drilling exposures

3 Multi task performer & effective team player

4 Holds valid IADC / IWCF & Safety Certificate, AP3 Certificate, H2S Safety Training would be a plus
