We are a Group Mining Company in Coal and Nickel project, open for some position as follows:

 

1. Tax Supervisor (Job Location : Jakarta)

Requirement:

• Min. D3 Tax/Accounting, S1 will be preferable

• Min. 5 years experiences in the same position

• Familiar with Tax Report and Tax Reconciliation

• Having Experience in Tax Restitution, SP2DK, Tax Audit and Tax Court will be advantage

 

2. Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant – 2 persons (Job Location : Jakarta)

Requirements:

• Min. D3 Secretarial, S1 will be preferable

• Min. 5 years experiences in the same position

• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)

• Able to work long hours

• Understand the company legal documentation

• Able to manage and arrange meeting with officials and governments and able to make MOM

• Able work out of the office and travel with the Executive

• Able to arrange hotel and ticket for business trip and personal trip

• Able to arrange the meeting, communication with personal banks and executive expenses

• Understand the company legal documentation,

• Handle the classified archives

• Understand the priority scales

• Well Groom, having good personality and attitude

 

3. General Affair Coordinator(Coal, Job Location : Samarinda)

Requirements:

• Min. S1 Any background

• Min. 5 years experiences in General Affair.

• Experienced in handling travel, transportation, and office and mess facility management.

• Having good leadership

• Experience in developing system.

• Able to speak English fluently

• Willing to work in Samarinda with annual leave system

 

4. Facility Supervisor (Coal, Job Location : Samarinda)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma 3 of Hospitality Management

• Proven experience in estate or property management, with a focus on luxury residences.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on hospitality.

• Previous experience in hosting and catering for guests.

• Familiarity with procurement processes and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively.

• Willing to work in Samarinda with annual leave system

 

5. Procurement Coordinator (Coal, Job Location : Samarinda)

Requirements:

• Min. D3 Engineering , S1 will be preferable

• Min. 3-5 years experiences in the same position in coal industry

• Ability to work in fast paced environment, self-driven and motivated

• Have experience dealing with overseas Suppliers, and knowledge in International Trade and Logistics Operations.

• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills

• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal in both Indonesian and English Language

 

6. Sr .Mining Engineer (Nickel,  Job Location : Gebe Island, Maluku)

Requirements:

• Min. S1 Mine Engineering

• Min. 5 years experiences in related field background in nickel industry

 

7. Superintendent Mine Operation (Nickel, Job Location : Gebe Island, Maluku  )

Requirements:

•    Min. SMA/SMK

• Min. 15 years experiences in the same position in nickel industry

 

8. Supervisory Survey (Nickel, Job Location : Gebe Island, Maluku )

Requirements:

• Min. D3 Mining Engineering / Geodesy / mapping, S1 will be preferable

• Min. 5 years experiences in the same position in nickel industry

• Familiar with survey application: Surpac, ArcGIS and AutoCAD

• Abel to work individual and/or team

 

9. Supervisor HSE (Nickel, Job Location : Gebe Island, Maluku)

Requirements:

• Min. D3 Engineering , S1 will be preferable

• Min. 3 years experiences in related field background in nickel industry

• Able to operate computer (Min. Ms. Office)

• Having AK3 Umum certification and POP

• Able to implemented SMKP and Audit SMKP

 

10. Lab Analyst (Nickel, Job Location : Gebe Island, Maluku)

Requirements:

• Min. SMA/SMK

• Min. 2 experiences in related field background in nickel industry

• Able to operate ED-XRF Epsilon 3 dan 4 application
