Insignia Mining is excited to announce that we are looking for a highly motivated Mining Engineer to join our team. Join us at our Jakarta-based office for this rewarding and challenging role.

Position: Mining Engineer

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or Surveying

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the mining industry

- Experience in operational planning (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)

- Excellent proficiency in mine design and scheduling software ( Deswik and Spry highly regarded) regarded)

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for mining operations our clients

- Create and implement Pit, Road, Dump, and infrastructure designs

- Develop and manage mine schedules (drill & blast, dig, dump, dozer and haulage)

- Conduct Plan Vs Actual reconciliation and production data analysis (Python experience desirable)

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

- Collaborate with clients and team members to optimise the work completed
