1. OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Roles:
1. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of exploration, production, and processing facilities
2. Ensure efficient operations, manage teams, and maintain safety and environmental standards
3. Decision-making about operations activities, risk assessment, team leadership, and optimizing production processes
4. Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
5. Managing and motivating technical teams and subcontractors
6. Ensuring production facilities operate at maximum efficiency
7. Meeting production targets and optimizing processes to maximize output
8. Controlling costs and managing expenses related to operations
9. Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards, regulations, company policies and to be executed timely
10. Overseeing the operation and maintenance of production facilities and refineries
11. Manage the WP&B and ensuring they align with operational needs
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in the Operations area in Oil & Gas Industry
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
4. Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, including exploration, drilling, and processing
5. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
6. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges
7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
8. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment
9. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations
2. GEOLOGIST

2. Project Leader for Land Acquisition and experience with all regulation within stakeholders (Local People, Perhutani, PTPN, Ministry and etc)
3. Making program regarding Institutional, Communication and Media, and also reporting in monitoring and evaluation with SKK Migas
4. Preparing Work Program and Budget for Government and External Relation Matter (Media & Communication, PPM, Kelembagaan)
5. Managing all media (print & electronic) to publish activities and achievement
6. Mitigating and deliver solution related with SKK Migas, Migas Ministry and others Government Institution
7. Attending invitation related to Government issue, and deliver management’s concern
8. Propose and conduct proper programs for CSR with local community and Communication Media

Job Roles:
1. To Support Field Operation related with General Affairs Activities by managing Camp & Catering, Crew Change Schedule, Office Field, Employee goods and Services Facilities, Supplies, and other needs & requirements
2. To ensure office facilities to be provided for employee requirement i.e meeting rooms, gathering area etc at Field
3. To manage Office Field by monitoring the contract, office maintenance etc
4. To ensure all office supplies in a good condition for employee usage and maintain the office supplies if items need to be repaired at Field
5. To provide office stationery supplies for all employee needs monthly at Field
6. To Manage Camp & Catering at Field & ensure the quality of catering are good and clean
7. Dispetcher for Operational Car at Field
8. Manage OB, Messenger & Others at Field
9. To manage daily routine/operational activities and provide problem solving solutions related to GA Activites at Field

Job Roles:
1. Responsible for all the drilling, workover / well intervention projects including preparation, execution, risk management, and program close-out
2. Responsible for execution drilling & workover / well intervention program, time scheduling, and project management.
3. Prepare and propose drilling, completion and workover / well intervention budget (AFE) to ensure cost effective program
4. Coordinate and communicate with government regarding all drilling & workover / well intervention project preparation and execution
5. Ensure drilling & workover / well intervention operation meet migas standard and safely executed (HSE standard)
6. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Field Operation and other division to prepare Scope of work for drilling & workover project tender
7. Prepare drilling / Workover report to SKK Migas until get P3 or PIS (well close-out)
8. Provide risk management regarding drilling & workover projects
9. Coordinate with other department to prepare WP&B

8. FIELD DRILLING ENGINEER
Job Roles:
1. Responsible for all Preparation and execute the drilling-Workover-Wellservice program, well engineering practice.
2. Prepare to execute Drilling & workover-wellservice program and program documents
3. Ensure all the Stock Tangible, Services to meet with Drilling program and operation meet the engineering practice, standard, time efficient, and cost effective.
4. Make Sure all document comply with PIS or PPP example : Berita Acara, Service job ticket and.
5. Coordinate and communicate with Field Operation, all services regarding the drilling program and job report on daily basis
6. Make a resume daily report and daily cost based on daily report from every services.
7. Monitoring Drilling material inventory, calculate material requirements, and provide material request to Drilling Engineer and Drilling Operation

2. Developing well intervention and completion programs and plans, including detailed work scopes and technology selection
3. Prepare and propose completion and workover / well intervention budget (AFE) to ensure cost effective program
4. Coordinating with field operations, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of well intervention and integrity operations
5. Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with well intervention operations and developing mitigation strategies
6. Monitoring well intervention performance, analyzing data, and generating technical reports.
7. Prepare drilling / Workover report to SKK Migas until get P3 or PIS (well close-out)
8. Coordinate with other department to prepare WP&B
9. Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of necessary equipment and resources.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Science, preferably Petroleum Engineering
2. Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in Drilling / Workover Engineering and Well Operations in Oil & Gas Industry
