Requires highly qualified individual to join our team as:

1. OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Roles:

1. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of exploration, production, and processing facilities

2. Ensure efficient operations, manage teams, and maintain safety and environmental standards

3. Decision-making about operations activities, risk assessment, team leadership, and optimizing production processes

4. Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards

5. Managing and motivating technical teams and subcontractors

6. Ensuring production facilities operate at maximum efficiency

7. Meeting production targets and optimizing processes to maximize output

8. Controlling costs and managing expenses related to operations

9. Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards, regulations, company policies and to be executed timely

10. Overseeing the operation and maintenance of production facilities and refineries

11. Manage the WP&B and ensuring they align with operational needs

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree

2. At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in the Operations area in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders

4. Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, including exploration, drilling, and processing

5. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively

6. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges

7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions

8. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment

9. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations

2. GEOLOGIST

Job Roles:

1. Analyzes Prospect and Lead Potential in Oil & Gas Working Area

2. Well Correlation and Geological Analysis over exploration and development Wells

3. Petrophysical Analysis

4. Support Drilling Activities & Operations

5. To analyze G&G data, create geological models and interpret geological information.

6. Preparation of Study and Drilling Program to SKK Migas

7. Support WP&B Document Preparation & Discussion

8. Support AFE submission

9. GGR Study Monitoring & Project QC

10. Support Budgetary Planning for GGR Study and Some  of Drilling Services

11. Support Close Out Document Preparation & Discussion with SKK Migas

2. At least 7 (Seven) years’ experience in G&G areas in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills

4. Abilities to use G&G software, conduct Analysis and perform Interpretation

5. Create informative and structured presentations and reports

6. Understand the WP&B processes & Documents Related to Subsurface Programs

7. Understand the AFE processes & Documents Related to Subsurface Programs

8. Understand the Close Out processes & Documents Related to Subsurface Programs

9. Knowledge in Drilling Operation

10. Data analytics for Decision Making

3. GEOPHYSICIST

Job Roles:

4. GOVERNMENT RELATION & FORMALITY OFFICER

Job Roles:

1. Support to perform liaison function between company and stakeholder (SKK Migas,Ditjen Migas, other stakeholders) in Head Quarter Jakarta

2. Project Leader for Land Acquisition and experience with all regulation within stakeholders (Local People, Perhutani, PTPN, Ministry and etc)

3. Making program regarding Institutional, Communication and Media, and also reporting in monitoring and evaluation with SKK Migas

4. Preparing Work Program and Budget for Government and External Relation Matter (Media & Communication, PPM, Kelembagaan)

5. Managing all media (print & electronic) to publish activities and achievement

6. Mitigating and deliver solution related with SKK Migas, Migas Ministry and others Government Institution

7. Attending invitation related to Government issue, and deliver management’s concern

8. Propose and conduct proper programs for CSR with local community and Communication Media

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree

2. At least 5 (Five) years’ experience in Government Relation & Formality areas in Oil & Gas Industry

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English) with outstanding presentation skills

4. Good Relationship with SKK Migas & Dirjen Migas

5. Good Relationship with Local Government

6. Capability to Handle Work in Limited Time

7. Technical & Supervision capabilities

8. Good communication with team and external

9. Good picture of Operation & Maintenance activities

10. Able to demonstrate Handling Emergency Situation
