We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:
COAL & FUEL MANAGEMENT GENERAL MANAGER (CFGM)
(1 Person)
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor the supply of coal and fuel to ensure that all fuel requirements for the power plant
• Manage long-term communication and relationships with coal and fuel suppliers.
• Manage communication and coordination with related internal departments to ensure smoothly of the receiving process of coal and fuel at site
• Maintain positive relationship with government agencies and regulatory bodies in relation to Jetty/ Port Management
• Manage the approved budget, controlling expense costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Develop all related coal, fuel and FABA operational procedures and its implementation including but not limited to identify areas for improvement
• Supporting audits and necessary reporting.
• Manage periodic reports related to coal and fuel consumption in the operation in the plant
• Conduct regular evaluations of coal and fuel procurement processes
• Oversee the berthing and unloading of coal and fuel from ship to ensure safe and procedure-compliant operations
• Ensure that all administration related to coal and fuel shipments and receipts from suppliers is complete.
• Oversee and monitor FABA disposal processes to ensure they comply with regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and verify Handover Report (BAST) documents related to FABA disposal, along with supporting documents like waste processing reports and FABA tonnage reports
• Drive improvement in overall team performance and direct talent planning/management.
• Ensure and giving direction for individual team development and create succession planning.
• Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.
Job Requirements:
• Educational background minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Metallurgical, Mining Engineering or related fields Minimum educational background: Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Minimum GPA 2.8 out of 4.0
• Having more than 10 years working experience in field of coal or fuel management or operations in a power generation company or related industry, and at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Having knowledge about Coal & Fuel Management, FABA Management, Mastery of Waste, Coal, Fuel Management System
• Able to operate basic computers with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word, and MS-Project)
• Preferably hold Certification in Fuel or Industrial Waste Management
• Have good communication skills, oral and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal, negotiation skills, problem solving and work independently in a team
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER (HSO)

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare forms and conduct safety assessments of work locations to identify potential hazards and safety risks so that appropriate preventive measures can be taken before work begins.
• Monitor the resolution of assessment findings through coordination with related parties to follow up on the recommendations provided, ensuring that the work environment remains safe and compliant with applicable safety standards.
• Compile daily assessment reports to documenting safety conditions and generated recommendations, enabling management to make appropriate decisions to improve workplace safety.
• Conduct safety patrols to monitor all activities in the operations and maintenance areas to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable safety standards.
• Investigate any incidents that occur in the work area and analyze the causes of those incidents.
• Collect data and compile reports on performance monitoring results and safety statistics related to the number of working hours, working days, and accident records to provide a clear picture of the company’s safety performance, allowing for the identification of areas that require further attention.
• Carry out the procurement process for safety supplies and equipment to ensure that the company's needs for these items are met and available.
• Conduct accurate recording and inventory of safety supplies and equipment to maintain their availability and condition for use by employees.
• Carry out assessments of work related to the PTW System. Be it in the form of Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height, Working near, under and above water, work related to excavation and also assessment of lifting work.
• Ensure adequate safety control measures for any work that requires PTW non system, and also check their appropriateness in the site before and during the work.
• Measure the potential physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychological hazards of all existing facilities and provide mitigation plans or recommended work methods for identified risks to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Follow and comply with HSE programs and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.
• Ensure availability and readiness of firefighting gear and regular inspection and testing are conducted as per agreed schedule.
• Involving in organizing regular emergency response training and drills (fire drill, chemical spill, confined space rescue, etc.
• Ensure fire prevention systems (fire alarm, hydrant, extinguishers, suppresion system) are maintained and functional.
Job Requirements:
• Education background bachelor’s degree (S1) in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), OHSE, Engineering, or a related field from reputable university with at least 2 years relevant experience in HSE field,
• Comprehensive experience in the power plant sector or related industries
• Strong understanding of HSE regulation, HSE best practices, especially in Safety Rules.
• People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with Basic computer operation with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project).
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Willing to work in emergency work at site.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
INSTRUMENT & CONTROL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (ICJT)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems remain in optimal condition.
• Conduct corrective maintenance to address technical issues within the instrument & control systems.
• Perform maintenance & repairs on instrument & control equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
• Manage the I&C workshop and ensure the tools are in ready-to-use condition.
• Execute system repairs and propose modifications to improve efficiency.
• Assist in managing and organizing maintenance documentation, including SOPs and WIs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for improving the quality of maintenance documentation.
• Execute outage activities and continuous improvements on instrument & control systems according to procedures.
• Ensure smooth outage activities to minimize operational impacts.
• Carry out necessary modifications to maintain system reliability.

Job Requirements:
• Education background Diploma degree (D3)Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or a related field from reputable university with at least 2 years relevant experience in industrial instrument & control maintenance. Fresh graduate can be considered
• Have knowledge of automation, control systems and maintenance of instrument and control equipment

LOCAL OPERATOR BOP (CODE : LO-BOP)

Job Responsibilities:
• To perform all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and instructions
• Operate BOP (CPP, WTP & WWTP) with the agreement and guidance of ABOP (Assistant Balance of Plant)
• Provides field supervision and plant monitoring condition service to outside the control rooms (CPP, WTP & WWTP)
• To assist and provide daily report the ABOP during BOP Startup, Normal Operation, Shutdown and Emergency Condition.
• Perform daily report based on the plant condition
• Apply and restore equipment isolation PTW (Permit to Work) for maintenance personnel in conducting maintenance activities, to ensure safety during maintenance activities
• Identify any unsafe condition of plant equipment from operational and environment aspect.
• Campaign promotes and implements the safety and environmental aspect during undertaking the works.
Job Requirements:
• Education Background Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering from reputable University with minimum GPA is 2.8 of 4.0
• 2 years’ experience in related work is preferred
• Having good knowledge in water-steam Thermodynamic and principles of Chemical, Mechanical and electrical concept.
• Good verbal and written communication skills English
• Familiarity with Basic MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project)
• Willing to work in shift patterns

MECHANICAL LEADER (MCL)

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support efficient mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal operations.
• Assist in maintenance strategy development and related business plan preparation.
• Contribute to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to maximize system reliability.
• Supervise and approve short-term and long-term (5 years) maintenance schedules and routine planning.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted on time per the schedule and operational needs.
• Manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) within maintenance activities
• Preparing the mechanical maintenance budget and ensuring spending aligns with planned allocations.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports on mechanical maintenance activities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify all kinds of issues and troubles related to the mechanical system.
• Oversee inventory to maintain min-max levels and ensure smooth maintenance operations.

• Minimum of 12 years working experience as Mechanical Engineers in large coal fired power plant mechanical maintenance and at least 5 years working experience as Senior Mechanical Engineers in Super Critical Coal Fired Power Plant.
• Having knowledge Mechanical System and Equipment Maintenance
• Able to operate basic computers with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word, and MS-Project)
• Preferably hold Certification related to power generation sector Level 6
• Have good communication skills, oral and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Have good interpersonal, negotiation skills and work independently in a team
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
PORT MANAGER (CODE: PMGR)
(1 person)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and oversee the berthing and assisting unloading activities.
2. Ensure that all requirements for berthing, unloading, and ship departures are met in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Ensure security throughout the berthing and unloading process until the ship departs the port.
4. Inspect jetty conditions before and after ship berthing and prepare routine reports to ensure that the port remains in optimal condition and prevent potential operational disruptions due to damage.
5. Ensure all activities and personnel within the port comply with safety and environmental requirements to facilitate safe and productive operations.
6. Ensure all reporting compliance is provided correctly and punctually.
7. Develop corrective and preventive actions for deviations at the company’s port.
8. Create and develop systems and procedures for berthing, unloading, and departure of ships in the port area that refer to applicable regulations as well as production and technological needs so that production activities can run efficiently and optimally.
9. Monitor the condition of the shipping channel to the jetty is well maintained and provide recommendations for regular bathymetry checks and dredging when shallow as required.
10. Ensure periodic maintenance of aids to navigation is carried out properly and correctly in accordance with regulations.
11. Drive improvement in overall team performance and direct talent planning/management.
12. Ensure and giving direction for individual team development and create succession planning.
13. Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).

Job Requirements:
1. Education Background Minimum Diploma Degree in Nautical minimum ANT-II.
2. Preferably have a minimum of 5 years of experience in port management or related field.
3. Preference to having experience Ship operating procedures, Ship Management, International Safety Management code, International Ship and Port Facility Security code, Port Management, Port Operation procedures, Safety of Life at Sea (Solas), Draught survey, Aid to Navigation
4. Familiarity with Basic computer operation with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project).
5. Good in English is mostly considered.
6. Willing to work in emergency work at site.
7. Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
WAREHOUSE SENIOR TECHNICIAN (WHST)

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of tool in the warehouse and maintain inventory within minimum-maximum limits.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of tool in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock taking to ensure that inventory data matches the actual stock.
• Implement and maintain the warehouse management to record and monitor material management activities.
• Ensure accurate entry of material data and tool usage within the CMMS for tracking and monitoring purposes.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of materials and storage conditions to ensure materials are in good condition.
• Conduct regularly inspection of common tools, coordination with respective section to ensure common tool safe and ready to use.
• Ensure that all material receipt, storage, and issuance activities comply with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on material usage and warehouse performance.
• Prepare tool report in case any defect or missing of common tool
• Maintain documentation for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to support warehouse activities.
• Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum diploma degree (D3) in Engineering or related field, preferably with at least 5 years of work experience in the warehouse management field.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 out of 4.0
• Having experiences as Warehouse Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
• Familiarity with Basic MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word)
• Having license of Overhead Crane and Forklift
• Good in English is mostly considered
