PT Tawun Gegunung Energi, an Oil & Gas company with operation field in Tuban – East Java, we are inviting candidates with high commitment and integrity to join the team.

 

1. EXPLOITATION MANAGER

Job Roles:

- Leading the team of geologist, drilling engineers, and petroleum engineers to provide technical and engineering advice on Work Program & Budget, AFE’s Projects, procedures, and equipment/ technology required to maintain production, improve cost effectiveness, operational efficiency and safe delivery of current and proposed projects.

- Plan or propose operation and production projects and responsible for achieving the production targets in a safe manner at the estimated expenditure.

- Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

- Manage service providers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining operating records.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.

- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO

- In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas field procedures and practice.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders i.e. Pertamina EP, SKK Migas, etc.

- Understand the regulations and procedures that apply in the Pertamina EP and SKK Migas areas.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges.

- Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

 

2. DWO ENGINEER

Job Roles:

- Responsible for execution Drilling & Workover Program, time scheduling and project management

- Prepare and propose drilling, completion and workover budget (AFE) to ensure cost effective program

- Coordinate and communicate with the Pertamina EP and other stakeholders regarding all drilling & workover project preparation and execution.

- Ensure drilling & workover operations safely executed with Pertamina HSSE standard.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain and other division to prepare Job Roles for drilling & workover project tender.

- Prepare drilling report to SKK Migas and BPMA for well close out.

- Provide risk management regarding drilling & workover projects.

- Coordinate with another department to prepare WP&B.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- Ability to plan and prepare programs & budgets related to drilling, workover and well service to meet the Company needs.

- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges.

- Understand the WP&B, AFE & AFE Close Out processes & Documents Related to Drilling, Workover & Well Service Programs as well as to presented it to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas.

- Good Communication with internal team and coordination with external stakeholders.

 

3. SURFACE FACILITIES ENGINEER

Job Roles:

- Perform engineering planning, design, and key factor for surface facilities activities.

- Prepare Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and AFE documents and processing to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas.

- Responsible for projects execution until completion (Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Start Up).

- Monitor production facility operation and conduct maintenance strategy/ planning.

- Reviewing and optimize surface facility operation.

- Conducting assessments and analyses of risks and give recommendations based on the assessment results and mitigation.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- Ability to design, planning, and modification for oil and gas production facilities.

- Ability to design construction and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities.

- Experienced in reviewing & improving the engineering aspects related to FEED, HAZID and HAZOP for Oil & Gas Facilities.

- Having project management certification will be advantageous

- Understanding SKK Migas PTK related to Surface Facility Projects starting from Design, Budget (AFE), Tender and Project Execution as well as close out.

 

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER PSCM & GA

Job Roles:

- Ensure the procurement process for materials/services consisting of announcements, pre-qualification, procurement documents, explanations, clarifications and negotiations, appointment of winners until the contract is signed by both parties in accordance with the latest revised PTK 007 SKK Migas guidelines and company procedures.

- Ensure all required materials/equipment are in accordance with specifications, quality, needs and operational schedules.

- Review market surveys of suppliers for pricing, specifications and availability information.

- Reviewing the preparation of a business contract between the Company and a third party, including the procurement of goods or services starting from the announcement process, pre-qualification to the appointment of the winner.

- Ensure Jakarta’s & Field Office supplies, services, and maintenance are provided for employee and operational requirement.

- Manage the supporting workforce such as OB & Messenger.

- Ensure the Business Travel requirements for all department are provided when needed.

- Monitoring the Company’s operational vehicle in Jakarta nor in Field.

- Planning and presenting Work Program & Budget for Logistics and General Services to Pertamina EP & SKK Migas to meets the operational target.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1).

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement/SCM and General Affair/Services in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- Understanding and having PTK 007 Rev.5 Certification is a must.

- Able to coordinate and communicate with the Pertamina EP, SKK Migas, and other stakeholders regarding all matter in PSCM & GA.

- Computer literate - able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- Hardworking, eager to learn, strong attention to details.

 

5. LEGAL STAFF

Job Roles:

- Handling legal documents, including legal drafting (make contract), give legal opinion and legal review.

- Handling licenses/permits that are closely related to company’s operation.

- Handling legal issues (internal and external).

- Review the legal aspects of the agreement and provide suggestions to minimize legal risks for the company in implementing the agreement.

- Assist field team in Land Acquisition and Land Clearing process.

- Acting as a legal function in the tender team and playing a role in the company's legal affairs.

- Conduct/coordinate/liaise legal relations activities with external lawyers, Pertamina EP, government agencies (SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, Ministry of Energy and other stakeholders) and industry associations.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory laws and framework in upstream Oil & Gas industry.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent negotiating and drafting contract skills.

- Willing to be assigned out of town.

- Have good understanding in English and able to communicate well in spoken and written.

 

6. FIELD DWO/WS SUPERVISOR

Job Roles:

- Collaborate with operations teams in Jakarta and the field to ensure all preparatory work for projects in the field runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently and within budget.

- Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate the use of services and materials related to drilling, workover & well service operations so that they are in accordance with specifications and support the smooth and effective implementation of work.

- Prepare and execute drilling, workover, and well services program and program’s documents.

- Reporting and documenting operational activities regarding the progress of drilling, workover, and well services to Jakarta’s team.

- Supervise and coordinate with Contractor’s Team to ensure all activities runs effectively, safely, and in accordance with the programs.

- Provide post drilling technical summary including lesson-learnt and final well reports.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as DWO/WS Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Work professionally and effectively in individual as well as a team.

 

7. FIELD MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Roles:

- Planning & analyse maintenance activities & cost for all equipment in the Field.

- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems for surface and subsurface facilities, including pumps, compressors and generators.

- Monitor and track the performance of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.

- Providing technical advice on specific technical aspects pertinent to the maintenance of platform systems and equipment.

- Coordinating closely with the Production Supervisor to carefully plan and interface all maintenance activities related to production equipment and essential services to ensure optimum timing and minimal impact in achieving daily production targets.

- Manage and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for maintenance task.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- Experience in the maintenance of rotating and static equipment.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

- Able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

 

8. FIELD GOVERNMENT & EXTERNAL RELATIONS STAFF

Job Roles:

- Coordinates communication with local resident and local security forces around the field in regard with Field operational activities.

- Support to perform liaison function between company and stakeholder in Field.

- Attending invitation related to Government issue and deliver management’s concern.

- Propose and conduct proper programs for CSR with local community and communication media.

- Coordinate with Pertamina EP and SKK Migas for all Public Relations events and activities.

- Provide recommendations for Public Relations Work Program & Budget to the Company.

- Manage permits documents for field operation purposes.

Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field in Oil & Gas Industry especially in the KSO.

- Good Relationship with local government and local community.

- Good Relationship with Pertamina EP Cepu will be an advantage.

- Excellent communications skills with teams and externals.

- Willing to travel frequently.

- Willing to work under pressures and meet deadlines.

- Able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
