Prosys Bangun Persada is a leading Strategic Project Management and Project Management Consultant in Oil & Gas, Energy, and Building & Infrastructure.

Below is a list of required key experts and their detailed qualifications:

 

1. PMC Team Manager (Soreang)

Experience: 20+ years

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering

• Certified Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) – mandatory by EBTKE

• Strong expertise in FEED, EPC contracts, and geothermal power plant development

• Proven leadership in cost, schedule, safety, quality, and risk management

 

2. Process Engineer Specialist (Soreang)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering

• Expertise in process design, system optimization, and geothermal power plant operations

• Skilled in developing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and plant efficiency analysis

• Knowledge of HSE standards and process safety management

 

3. Commissioning Specialist (Soreang)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Extensive background in commissioning geothermal or power generation plants

• Skilled in testing, verification, and operational readiness prior to COD

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, system integration, and safety compliance

 

4. Procurement & Contracts Specialist (Soreang)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline

• 10+ years of experience in procurement processes with multilateral agencies (ADB, WB, etc.)

• Expertise in FIDIC, EPC, and international contract standards

• Strong negotiation, auditing, and compliance background in geothermal/power projects

 

5. PMC Co-Team Manager (Dieng & Patuha)

Experience: 20+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering

• Certified Pengawas Operasional Madya  (POM)

• Strong leadership in design, testing, and safety compliance for geothermal plants

• Skilled in project supervision, contract evaluation, and stakeholder coordination

 

6. Social Specialist (Soreang)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage with local communities,  stakeholders,  and project-affected  people (PAPs).

• Ensure effective communication between the project team, local communities, and other key stakeholders to address concerns and foster positive relationships.

• Conduct social impact assessments (SIAs) to evaluate the potential effects of the project on local communities and the surrounding environment.

• Identify potential social risks and benefits, providing recommendations  for  mitigating  negative  impacts  and enhancing positive outcomes.

• Establish and manage a grievance redress mechanism (GRM) to address any complaints or concerns raised by affected communities or stakeholders.

• Ensure  that  grievances  are  resolved  in  a  timely  and transparent manner, in line with the project’s policies and local regulations. 

• Design and implement community development initiatives that align with the project’s social responsibility goals.

• Work with local communities to support social programs, such as education, health, and employment opportunities, contributing to the long-term development of the area.

• Monitor and evaluate the social impacts of the project throughout its lifecycle, ensuring that mitigation measures and community engagement strategies are effective.

• Prepare reports on the social performance of the project, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement in future activities.

 

7.  Lead Construction Specialist (Dieng &  Patuha)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Extensive experience in large-scale construction management

• Skilled in contractor supervision, quality control, and compliance with international codes

• Expertise in risk mitigation, HSE compliance, and resource management

 

8. HSSE & Safeguard Specialist (Soreang)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline

• Certified in POP, POM, or POU; AK3 Umum certification

• Expertise in IFC General & Geothermal EHS Guidelines (2007)

• Skilled in ISO 45001 & 14001 compliance, audits, and community safety programs

 

9. Financial Specialist / Controller (Soreang)

Experience: 15+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred)

• Strong expertise in cost control, financial risk management, and multi-year budgeting

• Skilled in project financing, ADB loan compliance, and cash flow forecasting

• Proven track record in financial reporting and risk mitigation in power sector projects

 

10. Mechanical & Piping Construction Supervisor (Dieng & Patuha)

Experience: 10+ years

Qualification ;

• Oversee all mechanical & piping construction activities onsite to ensure they align with design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with on-site workers, providing guidance to ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Inspect and verify that all materials used on-site meet the required specifications and quality standards outlined in

• the contract and design.

• Monitor the delivery of equipment and materials to ensure proper quantity, quality, and no damage.

• Track the progress of construction work to ensure the project is on schedule.

• Provide regular reports on progress, identifying potential delays or issues and suggesting solutions to keep the project on track.

• Ensure all construction work meets the required quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

• Monitor safety procedures to prevent accidents and hazards on-site.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Communicate progress and technical issues to the project

• manager and other stakeholders for resolution and decision-making.

• Review the construction method and proper lifting & rigging plan prior to commencement of construction works.
