PAITON II POWER STATION

Under Indonesia’s independent power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2x610 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya.

We currently have a vacancies for:

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN – DCS

You will be responsible for troubleshooting testing, maintenance, calibration, proper operation of all instrumentation and control System Siemens SPPA-T3000, Turbine control system in the plant. Installing or modifying plant electrical, instrument and control equipment. Use a wide range of test equipment, including recorders, computers, control and tuning modules, PC based software analyser programs, oscilloscopes, data analysers, logic test equipment, analoq and digital multi- meters, meggers and other test equipment while performing tests to identify problem and to maintain and calibrate equipment to performance standards.

Candidate for this position should possess:

1. Maximum 35 years old;

2. Minimum Diploma 3 years (D3) in Physics Engineering or Electrical with special interest on instrument and control from a reputable University or Polytechnic;

3. Having 3 years minimum experience in instrument and control tasks.

4. Having good knowledge in AC/DC Circuits, Machines, Electronic theory and components.

5. Utilizing complex computer operations (intermediate programming in 3rd and 4th generation languages and windows or LINUX operating systems)

6. Having good PLC background with Siemens Simatic S7 System.

7. Capable and willingness to work under pressure, extended working hours and Call In scheme;

8. Accurate, reliable, enthusiasm and having good written and spoken English.

 

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN – Instrument C&I

You will be responsible to perform hardware and software maintenance of power plant instrumentations system.

Candidate for this position should possess:

1. Maximum 35 years old;

2. Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Electronic or Physic with major in instrumentation from reputable university;

3. Having 3 years minimum experience with various instrumentation system and having deep knowledge in field instrumentation systems.

4. Having knowledge of Power Plant or other similar heavy industries process.

5. Capable and willingness to work under pressure, extended working hours and Call In scheme;

6. Accurate, reliable, enthusiasm and having good written and spoken English.
