List of the Qualifications – 9 Personil

1. Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as Project Manager or equivalent

• PMP/POP certification preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project risk control skills

• Experience in power plant, construction, or energy projects is an advantage

 

2. Project Control

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Control

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Proficient in project scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and cost control

• Skilled in Primavera or MS Project

 

3. Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Civil Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Strong understanding of structural design, foundation works, and field engineering

 

4. Piping Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Piping Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of piping design, isometric drawings, specifications, and installation standards

 

5. Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Process Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

• Familiar with process flow design, HAZOP/HAZID, and power plant process evaluation

 

6. QA/QC Civil – Dieng

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as QC Civil

• Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering

• Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and civil construction methods

 

7. QA/QC Civil – Patuha

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as QC Civil

• Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering

• Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and civil construction methods

 

8. QA/QC Piping

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as QC Piping

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering

• Experienced in fabrication, installation, testing, and piping inspection

 

9. Administrator & Document Control

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Administrator or Document Controller

• Diploma (D3) in any related field

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office & documentation systems
