Main Responsibilities:

•  Handle daily general affairs and administrative activities to support office operations.

•  Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities).

CNGR Indonesia is seeking a Senior Manager / Head of – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to provide strategic leadership over EHS governance across upstream nickel mining operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and effective engagement with government authorities amid heightened regulatory scrutiny following recent natural disaster events in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy, governance frameworks, and compliance systems across all mining sites.

5. Head of Corporate Communications

Position Summary

CNGR Indonesia is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Communications to lead and integrate all corporate communication functions across the organization. This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping CNGR Indonesia’s corporate narrative, strengthening stakeholder trust, and ensuring consistent, credible communication across government, media, communities, partners, and internal stakeholders. Reporting to senior management and working closely with the External Relations leadership, the Director will oversee corporate communications strategy, public affairs messaging, crisis communication, and reputation management in a highly regulated and high-visibility mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Communication Strategy

• Develop and execute CNGR Indonesia’s overarching corporate communication strategy aligned with business objectives and group direction.

• Ensure consistency of messaging across corporate branding, external communications, sustainability narratives, and executive communications.

• Serve as the key advisor to senior management on communication risks, positioning, and public perception.

2. Media Relations & Public Affairs

6. Head of Tax (Mining & Smeltering)

Position Summary

The Head of Tax will oversee the full spectrum of tax operations for CNGR Indonesia and its affiliated entities, including mining and manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with Indonesian tax laws and provides strategic tax guidance to management while maintaining smooth coordination between local and foreign stakeholders. The position requires deep expertise in taxation, excellent communication across cultures, and strong analytical ability to lead independent tax planning, audits, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting processes (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPN, and corporate income tax, as well as taxes to local government).

• Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies, including tax holidays, exemptions (PPH 22 Withholding tax), and mitigation measures aligned with business objectives.

• Experienced in understanding and interpreting as well calculating PPH21 of employees.

• Provide advisory on complex tax issues related to mining, smelting, trading company and international transactions.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of withholding tax (PPH) reviews and invoice validations.

• Manage and represent the company in tax audits, investigations, and dispute resolutions with government authorities.

• Maintain robust documentation and reconciliations for all tax submissions and related financial records.

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience, including senior roles in tax management.

• Proven experience in accounting firms or mining companies with exposure to Chinese corporation and mining taxation.

• Prior experience in Chinese or multinational companies is highly desirable.

• Certified USKP (Tax Consultant License) holder.

• Proficiency in calculating PPH 21 and understanding Indonesian tax regulations.

• Strong command of Excel / spreadsheet formulas.

Job Description

• Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.

• Execute and verify banking transactions (transfers, BI-FAST, RTGS, and International Remittances) accurately and on time.

• Act as the primary point of contact for bank representatives regarding account maintenance, fee negotiations, and documentation.
