We are currently seeking experienced and highly qualified candidate to join our Team across Indonesian projects:

Manager Finance Accounting & Tax

This role will be overseeing all financial operations including preparing and analyzing financial statement, managing budgets, ensuring tax compliance, and handling audits. Key duties include supervising staff, developing financial strategies, and acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities. Ensure that financial activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Finance and accounting responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements

• Manage and monitor budgets, comparing actual spending to budgeted figures

• Ensure all financial transactions, accounts, and cash flow are accurate and reconciled

• Handle daily operations in the finance and accounting departments, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Supervise and mentor the accounting and tax staff

• Coordinate and perform fiscal year-end close activities

Tax responsibilities

• Ensure the company's tax compliance with local, national, and international laws

• Plan and strategize to minimize tax risk and align tax strategies with business objectives

• Review tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax

• Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities during inquiries and audits

• Provide strategic advice on tax planning and compliance to support business decisions

Auditing and compliance responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors

• Prepare and coordinate the submission of data, documentation, and reports for audits

• Review and approve financial reports and statements

• Develop and implement finance, accounting, and tax policies and procedures

What skills and experience do you need?

• Accounting graduate from reputable university

• Experienced with SAP and proficient with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

• Hands on with Power BI report

• Min 7 years experience in audit, manufacturing, oil and gas or mining industry

• Can do attitude and problem solver

• Fluent in Bahasa and proficient in English
