We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

1. Deputy Senior FPSO Manager

JOB ROLES

• Provide support to the Senior FPSO Manager to manage the team in providing technical inputs and in conducting technical evaluation in Dual FEED and following EPC tenders related to Offshore Facilities (FPSO) development project in order to select the appropriate contractors;

• Provide support to the Senior FPSO Manager to manage the team in delivering Dual FEED for FPSO, ensuring robustness and durability of project execution plan. Manage the team in monitoring FEED Consortia’s work in developing FPSO Dual FEED, paying close attention to HSSE matters, rules and regulations compliance, engineering philosophy, engineering standards, economic and financial perspectives, best practices, and others; review, evaluate, and control Dual FEED project progress, budget expenditures, project schedule, etc. related to FPSO engineering, solve any issues and/or arisen problems; in order to ensure FPSO Dual FEED project progress achieve the target and match to the Masela Block characteristics;

• Provide support to the Senior FPSO Manager to lead and manage in preparing work program and budget related to Offshore Facilities (FPSO) as SKK Migas administrative requirement including its supporting documents; manage to get all required approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKK Migas and provide direction and strategy to accelerate the approval process; to ensure the SKK Migas administrative requirement is accomplished and approved within the timeline as a basis of cost recovery;

• Review, monitor and update overall Offshore Facilities (FPSO) capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input to project economics calculation; to ensure complete and accurate overall Offshore Facilities (FPSO) CAPEX and project schedule submission during FEED within timeline;

• Management of Change in Offshore Facilities (FPSO) FEED, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change in Offshore Facilities (FPSO) FEED project is implemented properly within the timelines and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;

• Provide support to the Senior FPSO Manager to manage the team to select and conduct Offshore Facilities (FPSO) study and research, monitor the study and research result and submit the report to the related Parties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 15 years in offshore hydrocarbon industry. Has expertise in offshore facilities design and/or project management.

2. Project Contract Advisor

JOB ROLES

• Prepare Terms and Conditions for the combination of reimbursable and lump-sum contracts.

• Provide advanced professional expertise to standardize different EPC contract proposals for bid evaluation.

• Advise all contract types such as lump sum, reimbursable or major unit rate contracts for bid evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineer.

3. Senior Hull/Mooring System Construction Engineer (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Review and monitor FPSO Hull & Mooring Construction engineering plan; coordinate in monitoring detailed FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction Methods and Processes on FEED project phase based on knowledge, best practices and engineering principles; communicate the methods to other Groups and Departments; to ensure FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction technical integration including interface;

• Provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in the EPCI tenders related to FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;

• Provide risk assessment of FPSO technical interface, its function and operation methods & process in FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction Contractors/ Vendors engagement activities; monitor and review FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction manufacture visiting results and evaluate the manufacturing facilities report/ information to support detailed FPSO Engineering preparation. Review and monitor the report feedback on potential risk manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction project plan;

• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction project and review overall operation methods & processes of FPSO project with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Masela Management evaluation on the Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; manage and communicate FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction interface with other Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction interface data and development status; in order to ensure FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;

• Monitor and review FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction working progress, quality and standards; solve any issues and problems; in order to ensure FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;

• Monitor and evaluate FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in the FEED phase, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Mooring & Hull Construction meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Mechanical or Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable;

• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas construction field. Offshore facilities construction experiences are required.

4. Senior Process / Utilities Engineer (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Guide and monitor Contractor, resolving problems related to the production of Process Engineering deliverables for the Abadi FPSO FEED including: offshore facilities process/utilities plan based on determined offshore production system, deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other analysis as a strategic proposal to be considered as part of offshore production system in developing Masela block;

• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Offshore facilities process/utilities including interface and integration, process/utilities engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Offshore facilities process/utilities project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Offshore facilities process/utilities engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure developed Offshore facilities process/utilities meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;

• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Offshore facilities process/utilities including Offshore facilities process/utilities engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Offshore facilities process/utilities design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in process engineering within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. Offshore facilities project exposure is preferred.

5. Senior Engineer Project Assurance

JOB ROLES

• Apply and monitor project quality assurance management systems. Provide expertise on develop project quality assurance process and system for INPEX Indonesia project; Monitor and review project quality assurance management system applied/adopted by Company and required Standard, as well as its method such as quality manual, policy and procedures, documentation system, standards, forms, checklists, etc.; Review, develop and propose the control system if necessary and/or its revision/ improvement to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with predetermined standards and quality;

• Assist, support and monitor project assurance implementation, Review, analyze and evaluate implementation of project assurance for all project phases including required documents according to the standards; Monitor any arisen issues and/or problems on the quality management system implementation, and provide recommendations and solution to solve the problem in order to ensure process assurance requirements in the quality standards are achieved;

• Coordinate and monitor internal and external auditing, assurance and peer review activities of quality and design within a project; Analyze and evaluate report and establish recommendation for improvement or changes; to ensure project implementation comply with manual, policy and procedures;

• Develop and recommend quality requirement for tender/purchase order based on criticality and established specifications, codes and standards. Monitor and review non-conformance quality process assurance system activities based on user information and inspection results; Review and analysis the reality of any deviations and prepare claim settlement to the respective contractors to ensure any deviations of quality are applied with proper corrective action according to the production system project quality standards;

• Review, analyze and monitor system QA/QC risk management and in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); Prepare risk assessment QA/QC process that conducted internal or by Contractors/Vendors in order to ensure availability of reliable risk assessment method and support detailed interface and integration technical preparation;

• Improve quality throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, installation or commissioning phases of a project and define a quality requirements for contractors are, vendor inspection services; Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in project assurance and review all potential risk with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; set up communication of process assurance status in order to ensure process assurance achieve the target and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences is preferable.

• Preferably ,minimum 10 years experiences in oil and gas Industry. Project Assurance Experience is required.

6. Project Specialist

JOB ROLES

• Assist with preparation and follow-up of discussions with key stakeholders including SKK Migas, develop strategies to enable the potential use of overseas Integration Yard. Assist with preparation and follow-up of discussions with internal parties and government offices to work towards agreement related to local content should the Integration Yard scope be moved to an overseas location;

• Assist and support the Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer with their activities;

• Assist and support the Project Management Manager with their activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Technical Science.

• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in procurement of offshore facilities is required

7. Advisor Regional Development

JOB ROLES

• Provide advice and recommendation on strategy for establishing economic and social development in the surrounding areas of operation of the Abadi project.

• Provide advice and recommendation on developing sustainable regional development activities to improve local economy development and other social aspects.

• Facilitate Communication & Relation function to communicate and engage with strategic stakeholders (Government of Indonesia, SKK Migas, Regional Government, Local Government, Community, and other institution) in order to support successful of Abadi project.

• Provide expert advice and recommendation on regional development programs during construction and operation stages to ensure that all preparations and operations at INPEX Masela can be carried out in compliance with local and national regulations and international standard.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree majoring in areas of expertise. Tertiary degrees in the areas of expertise is preferable.

• Preferably with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in oil/gas industries in the areas of expertise.

8. Manager Compensation & Benefit and Expatriate Administration

JOB ROLES

• Manage Company remuneration plan, strategy and implementation, evaluate and monitor effectiveness of Company remuneration system (grading system, salary administration, performance reward model, payroll system, etc.); and to provide recommendations of remuneration adjustment based on market survey analysis, company ability and other considerations; to ensure implemented remuneration is competitive compared to other oil and gas company, it complies with Government rules and regulations and Company remuneration policy and procedures.

• Manage team to prepare remuneration budget and payrolls for National and Expatriate employees, monitor and review budget completion which includes allowances, benefit and deduction according to agreement and Company policy and procedures, evaluate and provide solution on remuneration issues; in order to ensure valid remuneration budget and remuneration comply with Government regulations and Company policy and procedures.

• Manage and Evaluate job evaluation process for new position and/or enrichment/enlargement roles and responsibilities of current position, slotting process into grading system and salary structure; in order to set updated compensation and benefit system in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

• Manage HR&GS budget for personnel cost, non-personnel cost (recruitment, training, social activities, Outsourcing, HR&GS Consultant) and General Services; Manage the implementation of budget cycling in HR&GS department in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and revising; Set budget for HR & GS in order to ensure budget calculation are valid, accurate in timely manner, align with guidelines rules & regulation and support company activities.

• Manage and lead team to review and improve Business Process/ Standard/ Procedure/ Guideline related to Compensation & Benefit and Expatriate Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Preferably, a Minimum 15 years of experiences in Human Resources. Having experience in PSC Company is preferred.

9. Lead People Development

JOB ROLES

• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target.

• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan.

• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning.

• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan.

• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards.

• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Preferably, a minimum of 13 years experiences with minimum of 3 years experiences preferable in oil & gas industry.

10. Manager Project Contracting

JOB ROLES

• Manage and lead the SCM team to discuss with Project and Drilling in order to identify needs; conduct market survey as necessary; and develop contract, procurement strategy and logistic strategy including all associated local content, logistic and formalities.

• Manage and lead the SCM team to develop Prequalification documents, Contracts, ITT Package, and Tender Plan package for Project and Drilling in coordination with other teams such as Project, Drilling, Legal, HSSE, THQ MAS and THQ LOG; and exercise respective prequalification, tenders and Contracts execution; all in compliance with prevailing standards, procedures and regulations and to strive zero incident and zero non-compliance.

• Manage and lead SCM team to obtain approvals from SKK Migas and/or relevant government authorities (i.e.: Migas, Custom & Excise, etc.) with respect to Contract and Procurement Strategy, Prequalification Plan, Tender Plan, Local Content, Local Vendor Development, National Capacity Building, Master List, Import Permit, etc. for Project and Drilling procurements.

• Lead the SCM team in conjunction with Project and/or Drilling teams to develop Local Content documents, such as: Integrated Local Content Strategy, Local Content guidelines, Local Content scope of works and contract requirements, etc.; calculate Local Content targets for project contracts and negotiate with SKK Migas for approval; supervise and evaluate local content implementations.

• Lead the SCM team in consort with Project and/or Drilling teams to develop National Capacity Building (NCB) documents and respective programs in order to maximize the use of Indonesia resources and utilization of national products in Abadi LNG Project to fulfill PSC Contractor’s obligation and POD commitments, i.e.: NCB strategy and guidelines, NCB related contract scope and requirements, National Vendor List (NVL) update, Approved Vendor List (AVL) guideline, manufacturer assessments programs, vendor developments programs, etc.

• Lead the SCM Logistic team together with Project and Drilling team to develop Logistic documents such as: logistic strategy, logistic process guidelines, logistic formalities, logistic contract scope of work including requirements for vessel and transportation, warehouse & shore-base, material management, heavy equipment, logistic safety, operators certification, etc.; supervise logistic process and evaluate logistic deliverables.

• Coordinate and collaborate with Legal department and related company representation (user) to develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions; Discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions with projects suppliers and/or contractors including dispute settlement or litigations to ensure the interests of company are protected and align with applicable rules, guidelines and regulations.

• Coordinate, analyse and arrange project procurement activities report to internal and external stakeholders and contractor performance evaluation process; Recommend action plan and or improvement process related to project contract; Coordinate and conduct communication with Tokyo Headquarters and INPEX Management in order to in order to receive progress and latest update and information about project contract activities; prepare budget and cash call for SCM to support Project and Drilling; Respond and address audit finding.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economy.

• Preferably, a minimum of 15 years’ experiences with at least 12 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
