Drilling Engineer
Requirements :
• Typically requires more than 10 years of experience on land / offshore drilling rigs as drilling engineer.
• Experienced in IPM / IDS operation is preffered.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering or any major related with the field.
• Having valid certification like IWCF well control, Certified Drilling Engineer (CDE) and other oil & gas industries certifications.
• Obtain certifications like IADC Rig Pass or the Professional Engineer (PE) license, which demonstrate advanced knowledge and competence.
• Proficiency with engineering analysis, drilling operations, and software like Landmark
• Experience in supervising teams, managing projects, and handling budgets
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, procedures, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage personnel, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges during drilling operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and technical knowledge in areas like geology, physics, and mathematics.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing comprehensive drilling programs, including wellbore design, equipment selection (bits, casing, wellheads), and specifying drilling fluids.
• Conducting feasibility studies for well development.
• Directing and monitoring drilling operations to ensure they align with plans and safety standards.
• Overseeing daily operations and tracking progress against plans.
• Managing drilling contractors and service providers.
• Analyzing operational data to identify potential problems and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitoring well performance and recommending adjustments to maximize recovery.
• Preparing detailed reports on operational performance, costs, and issues encountered.
• Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Implementing measures to prevent blowouts and manage site risks.
• Preparing and managing project budgets and daily costs for drilling operations.

Procurement Specialist
Requirements :
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as procurement specialist in Oil & Gas Industries
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is generally a minimum requirement from Reputable University
• Experience in managing the full procurement lifecycle (supplier qualification, contract negotiation, performance evaluation) including inventory management and logistics.
• Familiarity with the specific types of equipment, materials, and services used in the oil and gas industry is essential.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is advantage
• Have experience in leadership skills and team work
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential suppliers, conducting market research, and evaluating proposals to ensure the best value for the company.
• Developing procurement strategies, creating request for quotations (RFQs), and managing competitive bidding processes.
• Managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and monitoring performance.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels of essential materials and equipment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.
Finance Officer
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Generally, 2–5 years for staff roles with prior exposure to the oil & gas industry strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (including VAT, PPH), IFRS/PSAK, and financial reporting
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly/yearly financial reporting, ensure compliance with company, financial & oil and gas regulations
• Handle tax reporting including VAT and withholding taxes (Article 21, 23, and Article 4(2)), along with supporting documentation.
• Manage cash flow & accounts payable including monitoring payment to vendor / subcontractors.
• Input payment transaction through Internet banking (Mandiri, BNI, Bank of China & DBS) also perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash and bank balances.
• Verify the completeness, validity, and accuracy of supporting documents, including invoices, contracts, Purchase Orders (PO), Service Orders (SO), project timesheets, etc.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes from each department in accordance with the approved budget.
• Maintain and archive financial documents in an organized, systematic, and secure manner, both in hardcopy and softcopy formats
HR Generalist
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Generally requires 3-5 years of HR experience in oil & gas preferred
• Understanding with payroll calculation & income tax (PPH 21)
• Accustomed to carrying out recruitment processes in detail and have experience in recruiting field employees
• Understanding of local employment laws /knowledge of Indonesian labour law is specifically required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially excel
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensures all personnel action such as hiring, discipline, and records management—adhere to latest labour laws and internal guidelines.
• Handling of technical execution of payroll cycles with tax PPH 21 and the administration of employee benefits, leave management and ensuring accurate records.
• Leads frontline recruitment efforts, including vetting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department managers to understand immediate staffing needs.
• Administration function for medical reimbursement and expatriate legality
• Oversees the optimal use of HR database maintenance and basic reporting.
Mud Engineer
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Mud Engineering or in a related drilling fluids role.
• Proficient in English is a must proven ability to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders
• Willing to work at rig sites across Indonesia (rotational schedule)
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, maintain, and optimize drilling fluid systems
• Monitor mud properties and provide real-time solutions
• Liaise with drilling crews, service companies, and operators
• Prepare technical reports and ensure HSE compliance
HSE Supervisor
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Have at least 8 -10 years of experience as HSE oil & gas and minimum experience 5 years as supervisory level
• Familiar with SKKMIGAS regulation
• Hold Valid K3-Migas Certification
• Good leadership, planning and strategic thinking
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Set up HSE policy, guidelines and procedures based on the HSE standard regulation of SKKMIGAS and Manpower Department
• Develop project specific emergency management procedures and emergency response team by collaborating closely with government authorities and other relevant external institutions
• Provide assistance and support to develop Company’s HSE plan and objectives
• Ensure that the HSE procedures is in place in the field during drilling operations
• Socialize the HSE awareness to all Head Office employees and field employees
• Ensure that the implementation of Contractor Safety Management Systems, such as Risk Assessment, Project Pre-qualification, Contractor Selection, Pre Job Activity, Work in Progress and Final Evaluation compliance with BPMIGAS regulations

• Carried out HSE audit / inspection, perform risk assessment, incident / accident investigation and process analysis, provision of proper personal protective equipment and coordinate training
• Compile report from site to feed to the government reporting, partner reporting and Lender reporting.

Chief Operator (Slickline)
Requirements :
• Typically a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent field experience).
• Generally 4–5+ years of experience in oil & gas slickline operations, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or chief operator role.
• Ability to troubleshoot downhole issues, such as stuck tools or fishing operations.
• Able to work in all weather conditions, both onshore and offshore
• Valid offshore/safety certificates (e.g., BOSIET, H2S)
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the slickline crew, assign daily tasks, and coordinate activities to ensure well programs are executed efficiently.
• Operate the slickline winch to run and retrieve downhole tools; oversee the maintenance, rigging-up/down, and repair of wireline units and pressure control equipment.
• Perform complex slickline tasks including setting/retrieving plugs, gas lift valve changes, memory gauge surveys, fishing jobs, and wellhead maintenance.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies (e.g., conducting pre-job safety meetings, managing work permits).
• Prepare daily progress reports, service tickets, and field data reports for client representatives.
Top Drive Service
Operator
Requirements :
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with technical training in mechanics or electronics preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience on drilling rigs, with specialized experience in repairing top drive brands such as Canrig, Tesco, or NOV.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drilling equipment.
• Valid well control certification (often Supervisor level) and other industry-specific training.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, at heights, and handle physically demanding work for extended hitches.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform rig-up and rig-down operations for top drive systems, including assembly and disassembly on land or offshore rigs.
• Conduct daily, routine, and 5-year overhaul maintenance on top drives, including motors, gearboxes, link tilt assemblies, counterbalances, and torque arrestors.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures on-site, often while the rig is operating.
• Perform inspections in accordance with API RP-7G and API RP-8B standards.
• Submit detailed service reports, update maintenance records, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all operations adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, often producing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents.
Completion Engineer
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 6–10 years in completion engineering, with specific experience in offshore or onshore projects and drilling production.
• Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing, acid stimulation, intelligent completions, and HP/HT (High Profile/High Temperature) environments.
• Experience with well modeling software (e.g., Prosper, Petex).
• Strong communication, project management, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (drilling, production, geology)
• Fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed completion programs, including completion equipment selection (packers, subsurface safety valves, tubing), sand control, and stimulation techniques.
• Support or supervise on-site completion, workover, well testing, and rigless interventions (wireline/coiled tubing).
• Ensure well barriers are established and compliant with safety standards (HSE) throughout the life of the well.
• Prepare cost estimates (AFE), track performance, manage vendor contracts, and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Prepare post-well reports and conduct "Return of Experience" analyses to improve future designs.
Project Coordinator
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in oil and gas roles. Previous experience with site-based operations (onshore/offshore) is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software like MS Project, Primavera P6, or SAP.
• Understanding of oil and gas regulations, safety standards, and project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English is a must
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and expedite project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, costs, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors).
• Monitor project costs against budgets (CBS) and perform earned value analysis.
• Identify potential issues, bottlenecks, or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support site activities, including maintenance, shutdowns, or construction, adhering to HSE regulations.
