(1) Product Support Sales Representative
Main Accountabilities:
• Executing Aftermarket Sales Activities
- Implement daily sales actions to achieve targets for parts, service jobs, and maintenance programs.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Support and Relationship Maintenance
- Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical inquiries.
- Build trust through regular site visits and responsive communication to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for developing existing & new customer activity Plan, arrange regular meetings, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Service Job Verification and Coordination
- Verify job details (scope, schedule, compliance) and manage PO/WO processes to ensure accurate documentation and smooth execution of service work.
• Market Awareness and Opportunity Identification
- Monitor customer equipment condition and usage to identify opportunities for upselling parts, service contracts, and value-added solutions.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Operations, Service Technicians, and Product Support teams to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer commitments.
• Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to SHEQ standards during site visits and service coordination, ensuring all activities meet company safety and quality requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Business or Management is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Aftermarket Operations are considered a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in aftermarket sales, key account management, or technical sales within the heavy equipment or mining industry.
• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts, negotiating service contracts, and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong exposure to technical support and commercial negotiations for parts and service solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and warranty claim processes is desirable.
• Good understanding of aftermarket products, parts, and service solutions for heavy equipment or mining industry.
• Strong ability in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and revenue growth planning.
• Skilled in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and develop account-specific strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical ability for market trend analysis and strategic planning.

(2) SSEA Regional Business Line Manager Surface
Main Accountabilities
• Accountable for the Surface drilling division product business development in SSEA region whereas customer focus, agility, efficiency are the leading words.
• Responsible for the profit / CGP level of the Surface drilling business of entities in the SSEA region.
• Proactively develop the Surface drilling business by ensuring and implementing an effective marketing and product strategy for SSEA region, aiming for the targeted profitability level.
• Partnering with the SSEA region's Territory Manager, other BLM, Operations Manager, IDS Manager in the region to ensure excellent territory management, efficient & customer-oriented processes; giving all products, solutions, and divisions the best market chance whereas automation, digitalization, and zero emission equipment is set as Epiroc's offering.
• Develop and implement product and solutions communication for the region to secure brand positioning as the technology leader and preferred business partner.
• Control the SSEA region's Surface drilling business performance figures and as the person accountable for the development of the figures, including but not limited to OR, OI, CGP, FC, HC, NWC, Orders Lost, Business Cooking, and other forecasting/projection.
• Ensure proactive communication to the SSEA CC teams on technical issues, deliveries, and customer complaints.
• Active involvement and responsibility for SSEA region's yearly planning process.
• Proactively develop and maintain relationship with the customers and key customers in collaboration with SSEA Territory Managers and other BLMs.
• Responsible as the leader of the department; ensuring the right person is in the right place, and build high performing team.
• Responsible for the P&D talk of the team, salary setting, set KPI and VC targets when applicable by following the grandparent principle.
• Ensure an efficient working capital management (rental, inventory and receivables) within SSEA region.
• Develop market intelligence and competitors mapping for SSEA region.
• Support in increasing the SSEA region's market share with mining customers, mining contractors, and in infrastructure/construction segment.
• As the main person to lead the Business Review Meeting with the Division.
• Having a Safety First mindset and accelerate the transformation.
Requirements
Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering / Sales / Marketing / Engineering
Experience :
• Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in strategic product/marketing, preferably in capital equipment industry.
• Experience in developing the business of the kind of products and/or segments of capital equipment.
• Experience handling the SSEA Asia region's customers type and behavior, especially customers in Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia.
• Strong business acumen having experience in territory management and key account management.
• Experience in mining and/or construction applications.
Technical Knowledge & Skill :
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
• Familiar with commercial documents, process, and best practices in the industry related to business.
