Job Title : Assistant Engineer BOP

Direct Report : Engineer BOP

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, especially BOP

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power plant operations and/or maintenance, particularly in BOP systems.

3. Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, cooling water systems, air systems, water treatment, and other auxiliary plant equipment.

4. Good understanding of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Computer literate for basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word), knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) would be advantageous.

8. Have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.

Job Responsibilities :

Senior Technician in Boiler – CHP (1 Person):

1. Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.

2. Monitor plant equipment performance and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

3. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

4. Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for equipment failures.

5. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

6. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and operational documentation.

7. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve plant performance targets.
