3 firms doing DST on 4 wells

Upstream authority SKK Migas said that three PSC Holders are currently in the process of undergoing drilling steam test on four wells.

SKK Migas is awaiting the results of those tests, said Head of Exploration Division Nugrahani, adding that so far this year the agency has received the results of DST on Merah-1X well within the Kasuri block developed by Genting Oil which flowed 83.4 mmscfd of gas and 164.8 barrels of condensate per day.

"The four wells on which the tests are ongoing are Rajawali 1X (Genting Oil at Kasuri block), Tambun Deep-1 and Azalea-1 (Pertamina EP), and Pulau Gading East (Hess at Jambi Merang)," Nugrahani told petromindo.com.
