6 firms participating in tender pre-qualification on Gresik-Semarang pipeline project

A tender pre-qualification on the EPC works for the development of gas pipeline network from Gresik in East Java to Semarang in Central Java has been completed.

PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) President Director Gunung Sardjono told Petromindo.com that six firms have entered the competition.

"For pipeline EPC, there are a total of 6 participants. We have scheduled for a full tender briefing/explanation to them next week," said Gunung.

Gunung also revealed that 3 companies are joining a tender on the gas compression station works, which include also the procurement of compressors.

He however refused to disclose the names of the companies.

Pertagas expects to decide on the winner of each tender in August and September this year.
