A new forum on mining, energy to be launched

Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy Purnomo Yusgiantoro signed on Wednesday an agreement with Minister of Labor Affairs and Transmigration to launch a joint forum, which would cover labor issues in the mining and energy sector.
The forum, to be called The Forum for the Evaluation of Policies and Settlement of Labor Problems, will among others help create employment opportunities in the mining and energy sector and seek ways how to improve the welfare of the workers.(Godang)
