A worker killed at Pertamina EP?s E. Kalimantan oilfield

One worker was killed in an accident at Pertamina EP?s Sanga-Sanga field in Tarakan, East Kalimantan on Monday, R. Priyono, chairman of upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said on Tuesday.
He did not give detail.
Agus Amperianto, a spokesman with Pertamina EP said that the victim was a worker with service rig company, which was hit by a spin off of a safety well during a well service work.
Production, he said, was unaffected by the accident. He also added that investigation on the accident is underway.
Pertamina EP is an upstream unit of state oil, gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) (godang)
