ABM Investama obtains $450m loan

IDX-listed integrated energy resources company PT ABM Investama Tbk has secured US$450 million of loan from a syndication of three international banks and a state-owned bank, Investor Daily reported Thursday.

The company, which is primarily engaged in coal mining, mining services, and power generation, will use the funds to help finance the expansion of its subsidiaries excluding power generation company PT Sumberdaya Sewatama as it has just raised funds from bond issuance.

The banks providing the loans include OCBC Group, DBS Bank Singapore, ANZ Indonesia Bank, and Bank Mandiri. (*)
