ABM to start coal mine operation in Aceh next year

IDX-listed PT ABM Investama Tbk. (ABM) expects the construction of infrastructure facilities of the company?s coal mine in Aceh could be completed in the second semester of next year.
The company in press statement said that ABM through its subsidiary PT Media Djaya Bersama has allocated up to US$125 million to finance the construction of the infrastructure facilities for the coal mine which is located in Nagan Raya and West Aceh regencies.
ABM hoped that the mine could begin operations as soon as the construction of the infrastructure facilities is completed.
With the completion of the infrastructure facilities, the company would have an easy access to distribute its coal to the port.
The infrastructure facilities currently under construction include a ship loader, stockpile, office, workshop, haul roads and other production facilities
