ABN sold about 1 million tons of coal in Q1

Coal mining company PT. Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (ABN), a subsidiary of IDX-listed PT. Toba Bara Sejahtera Tbk, exported about 1 million tons of coal in the first quarter of 2015.

Marketing Director Michael Soerijadji told Petromindo.com recently that the coal was exported to Taiwan, Japan and Malaysia.

Michael added that the company is targeting to sell about 4.5 million tons in 2015, mostly to export markets. Last year, according to Michael, the company was able to sell 5.2 million tons. ?This year, as the market is still in sluggish mode, we are trying to conserve our reserve by decreasing the sales target,? he said.
