Adaro develops integrated support area in S. Kalimantan

RISA Head Benidictus Aryudi Oktavian was quoted by Antara as saying that the Rp 75 billion facility integrates the workshops and warehouses of contractors working for the company as well as that of other companies in the region to help increase operational efficiency.
RISA is operated by Adaro?s subsidiary PT Adaro Persada Mandiri. RISA is equipped with a water treatment facility and other infrastructures such as drainage system. The company is seeking to cooperate with state-owned power firm PT PLN to supply electricity, and cellular operator PT Telkomsel to provide telecommunications and Internet facility.
A number of companies which will use the RISA facility include PT Sapta Indra Sejati, PT United Tractor, PT Hexindo Adiperkasa, PT Trakindo Utama, PT Verdanco Engineering, PT Hidup Baru and PT Yerry Primatama.
APM is planning for a second phase development of RISA. (*)
