Adaro eyeing coal mines acquisition

IDX-listed coal mining giant PT Adaro Energy Tbk is currently considering three to four coal mines to be acquired.
The company did not disclose further detail, but said size, location and deposits are its selection criteria.
?We will consider all relevant opportunities based only on the merits of the transaction for Adaro Energy,? the company said in Second Quarter Activities Report Published on Thursday.
Adaro Energy through its unit PT Adaro Indonesia operates the country?s largest single open-pit mine in South Kalimantan. (romel)
