Adaro, IP in Suralaya coal supply talks

South Kalimantan coal mining firm PT.Adaro Indonesia is in talks to supply coal to Suralaya power plant in Banten province, parent company PT.Adaro Energi said on Friday.
Adaro Energy CEO Garibaldi Tohir told reporters that Adaro will supply 1 MTPA of coal to Suralaya for 5 years.
Tohir said negotiation regarding price is still underway.
The suralaya 3,400-MW coal-fired power plant is owned by PT.Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of state electricity firm PLN.(godang)
