Adaro meets 2001 production target: Official

Coal mining firm PT Adaro Indonesia produced a total of 17.7 million tons of coal last year, compared to a target of 18 million tons.

Company administration manager Priyadi said that the company had basically reached its 2001 output target despite disturbances such demonstration and heavy rain.

Adaro is the country?s largest coal mining firm operating in South Kalimantan province.(Godang)
