Adaro nominated for Finacial Times Global energy Awards

Indonesia?s largest coal mining company PT Adaro Indonesia has been nominated finalist for 2001 Financial Times Global Energy Awards for community service program category, according to Platts, energy information provider which organizes the event.
According to Platts? statement released Thursday, Adaro will compete with Enbridge Consumers Gas, Energy Council of Canada (ECC), Tennessee Valley Authority, Weekend Academy and Williams Companies, Inc.
The winners of each category will be announced in December 6 in New York.
Adaro operates a coalmine in South Kalimantan. (alex)
