Adaro sees surging demand for its Wara coal

Demand for Adaro's coal including for Wara coal (E 4000) remains strong, particularly from India, China, South Korea, and from domestic users, said Adaro's Corporate Secretary Devindra Ratzarwin.
"They are particularly interested in Wara coal? said Devindra.
Overall Adaro expects to produce 46-48 million tonnes of coal this year, an increase from 42,2 million tonnes last year.
Devindra said Adaro has sold out all of its production for this year.
The company did not give details for its production target for next year, but Adaro's coal output grow consistently by 10% annually for the past 6 years.
The company sells a quarter of its production to domestic market and the rest for exports with major buyers including China, India and Japan. (giok)
