Adaro to issue $300 million bonds: Report

Adaro Finance BV will begin marketing a US$300 million, five-year bond on Thursday, a market source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Tuesday.
The deal, expected to be rated Ba3/B-plus, will be guaranteed by South Kalimantan-based coal miner PT Adaro Indonesia and PT International Bulk Terminal, the source said.
Investor presentations will be held in Singapore on Thursday, Hong Kong on Friday, London on Nov. 28, Boston on Nov. 29 and New York on Nov. 30.
Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan are the joint bookrunners. (*)
