Adaro to ship 45,000 tons of coal to Suralaya in Feb

Indonesia's top coal producer PT Adaro Indonesia confirmed on Wednesday that it had been committed to deliver another 45,000 tons of coal to Suralaya power plant in February.
"Our contract with PT Indonesia Power obligates Adaro to supply around 90,000 - 95,000 tons of coal per month (to the power plant). But, we will ship another 45,000 tons in February," Adaro's administration manager Bambang Priyadi commented on earlier report by Petromindo.Com.
Bambang said his company's contract with Indonesia Power became effective in 2003 for a three-year period, with total supply of one million tons of coal per year.
Adaro, operating a huge coalmine in South Kalimantan, produced 22.49 million tons of coal last year. (godang)
