Adaro to supply more coal next year to PLN

Indonesian listed energy firm PT Adaro Energy Tbk will provide an additonal supply of 2 million tons of coal from its South Kalimantan's mine to state electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) next year, the company?s director said.
Andre Mamuaya said that the additional supply will bring the firm's annual coal supply to PLN to 13 million tons next year.
Currently, Adaro supplies coal to PLN?s power plants including PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (PJB)-operated 800 MW Paiton power plant in East Java and PT Indonesia Power-operated 3,400 MW Suralaya power plant in Banten. Both PJB and Indonesia Power are PLN's subsidiaries. (giok)
