Adhi Karya bags $250m EPCC contract

IDX-listed state contractor PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk announced on Tuesday that it has secured engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract to build 2x100 MW coal-fired power plant in Teluk Balikpapan for state electricity firm PT PLN (Persero).
The company said that the value of the contract was approximately US$ 250 million with completion expected in 33 months.
The company did not give further detail. (alex)
