State-owned builder PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (IDX: ADHI) reported a sharp rise in new contract wins in the first quarter of 2026, supported largely by government-backed infrastructure projects.

The company booked Rp4.72 trillion in new contracts through March, marking a 131.5% increase from the same period a year earlier, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.

Government projects accounted for the bulk of the contracts at 76%, followed by state-owned enterprises at 22% and the private sector at 2%. By business segment, engineering and construction dominated with a 95% contribution, while the remainder came from property, manufacturing, and investment and concessions.

Of the total, around Rp4 trillion came from non-joint operation (non-JO) projects, with Rp183 billion from joint operations (JO), indicating what the company described as a balanced portfolio alongside strategic partnerships.

Corporate Secretary Rozi Sparta said the company remains focused on strengthening its core construction business while improving operational quality and efficiency.

“ADHI is committed to reinforcing its business fundamentals through improved operational quality, efficiency, and good corporate governance,” he said, adding that the firm is optimistic about sustaining long-term growth and contributing to Indonesia’s infrastructure development.

The company said it will continue to pursue sustainable growth while ensuring its projects deliver tangible benefits to the public and support national infrastructure expansion.
