Adhidaya to start coal production in June 2010

Coal mining and trading firm PT Adhidaya Karya Manunggal (AKM) will start production from its Central Kalimantan mine in June this year, the company?s director said.
AKM Director Steven Ko told Petromindo.Com that the company?s mine is expected to produce around 30,000 tons per month of thermal coal through the end of this year. The output will increase to 50,000 tons per month next year.
AKM has a coal concession (KP) in Barito Utara regency.
The company plans to sell 50,000 tons fo coal per month this year, same with last year?s sales. ?Most of the coal come from South Kalimantan. All are for export market,? he added. (denny)
