Adimitra stops coal supply deal with Vitol

East Kalimantan coal miner PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (ABN) has stopped its 2-year coal supply deal with energy trading firm Vitol Asia Pte Ltd, an industry source told Petromindo.Com
Under a previous deal, ABN sold about 2.5 million tons of coal for the period of September 20, 2010 through September 30, 2012 . The source refused to give details.
Beside Vitol, ABN has another main buyer, namely Switzerland-based trading firm Flame SA. The company has a 3-year coal supply contract with volume of 3.8 million tons starting 2009 until the end of 2012.
ABN has produced 4.4 million tons during 2012. This year, the company aims to produce around 4.5-5 million tons of coal.
ABN is coal unit of IDX-listed coal mining group PT Toba Bara Sejahtra Tbk.
