AFE for Saka?s development drilling approved by SKK Migas

Upstream authority SKK Migas has approved recently the authorization for expenditure (AFE) for PT Saka Energi Indonesia, a subsidiary of IDX-listed gas distribution firm PT PGN Tbk, to to start drilling six the development wells at the Sidayu field in Pangkah PSC, offshore East Java.
?Saka has scheduled drilling of about 5 to 6 development wells in October. Its AFE has been approved (by SKK Migas),? a source said to Petromindo.com.
The source said that Saka is now making preparations for the rig tender.
The Pangkah block, located off the northeast coast of Java, is 100 percent owned by Saka.
