AGM's output rises

South Kalimantan coal miner PT Antang Gunung Meratus, a coal unit of Baramulti Group is on track to produce up between 320,000-350,000 tons of coal per month, rapidly increasing from last year total output of 1.4 million tons.
"Despite the drop of coal prices, demand for our coal remains high at a competitive pricing. The majority of coal from Antang right now are being exported to India," a source in the company told Petromindo.com.
Antang's coal has the CV of 4,400 kcal/kg (GAR) with between 0.5 and 0.7% Sulphur content.
Coal from Antang is barged to an intermediate stockpile (ISP) in Tatakan towards Puting river, leading to Taboneo anchorage.
