The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has questioned Nicke Widyawati, former President Director of state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina (2018-2024 period), as a witness in an ongoing investigation into alleged corruption related to crude oil and refinery product management at Pertamina subsidiaries and Production Sharing Contractors (KKKS).
“Nicke Widyawati has been present since 09:00 WIB,” said Harli Siregar, Head of the AGO’s Legal Information Center, during a press briefing on Tuesday.
Harli declined to provide further details on the substance of the examination, citing that the questioning was still in progress.
Previously, on April 22, 2025, the AGO also examined the President Director of Pertamina (Persero) for the 2009–2014 period Karen Agustiawan.

Karen was questioned regarding the signing of a fuel storage contract under the control of PT Orbit Terminal Merak (OTM). The company is owned by two suspects in this case, namely Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ).
The AGO has named nine suspects in the alleged corruption case in the management of crude oil and refinery products at Pertamina subsidiaries and the production sharing contractors in 2018-2023.
The nine suspects are Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) as Director of Central Marketing and Commerce of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Other suspects are Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) as Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa and Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
